The breakfast was so lovely. Thankyou so much.
Everything was lovely. If I could suggest it would have been nice to have a sitting room/library. Thankyou for getting us a window air conditioner
Very much appreciated. Your staff are lovely. Just loved them. It was lovely to me you Carole!

I thought the breakfast was excellent.
The Ships Cove room was fabulous downstairs. Private.
Breakfast on the top floor was set up nicely
Funky house and loved the “crookedness” of it
Stayed in Ships Cove and the room was kind of over furnished. But manageable
With breakfast, would have appreciated an earlier time as it was served at 830 and typically I am ready and out the door by 8.

Bed was extremely comfortable, the size of the room and the washroom were really good, clean and well maintained properly.
The best of all without any hesitation the treatment I have received from all the staff, I had one of the best breakfast ever with a great company, conversation and views to the bay!.
Thank you so much for such a great time and attention!, definitely a place to stay and 100% recomendable.
Everything was great!!.

Lovely historical townhomes with great character and decor. The owner is a very astute business woman and of the utmost integrity. The views of the harbour and neighbourhood are picturesque!
The location is perfect whether you are walking, driving or cycling and Metrobus stop directly in front of the property either side of the property.
The only thing I can point out is the current employee; definitely needs more attention to detail , answering and responding to guests calls. Very fortunately the owner was always available and immediately responded.
It would be advisable to take the opportunity to learn from her employer. Good experience goes a long way in life.

The bed was comfy and the tub was large.
Stairs are creaky, and it's a small bedroom in a townhouse. We also booked at a different location and was told that it was too late to check in despite booking it only a half hour previously, so was told to go to a different location down the street. There was also no complimentary breakfast. We felt very cramped. Overall a bad experience for $140 for one night.

I was so impressed with the Inn after staying there on my first night in Newfoundland, I booked to stay again on my last night. It's a good value choice just a short walk from the waterfront and the bars and restaurants of Water Street.
Rooms are comfortable and cosy and John the breakfast chef was entertaining and cooked great eggs.
My second night's experience, in a different room, wasn't quite as good as the first. Although breakfast was provided on my first stay, it wasn't on the second. Advance warning would have been helpful. When I tried to heat water for coffee in the microwave, I found there was no power point nearby so I had to carry the heavy machine to the sink to plug it in.
Not major problems but worth mentioning. The Inn doesn't have people on site in the mornings or I would have mentioned it.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to restaurants, shops, jellybean row. Parking across the street in the church parking lot was ample and only cost $20.00 for the w/e. The exterior of the B&B was lovely. Loved the room with all of the beautiful antiques. Warm homey vibe. Breakfast was fantastic both mornings and our chef John was very attentive and personable as well as informative. Just loved the breakfast table with real china tea cups and a great view. Liked everything about our stay. Highly recommend!
My sister has difficulty on stairs so would have been even better if there was a railing to hang onto when going down the two stairs into the bathroom but that is about it!

Location
No free parking, hard to get a hold of owner, DANGEROUS step down from ensuite. No in room refrigerator. TV in a awkward space (had to move furniture to view it from bed), breakfast was nothing special.

We actually stayed at their sister hotel Jellybean as there had been a covid case here. Very considerate helpful staff

Lovely traditional house with elegant finishes all round. Our suite was large and the bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. Very comfortable bed. We had the room next to the breakfast room and it was absolutely no problem with noise or privacy, so don’t hesitate to book that room!
Not a problem for us but just know it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has steps from the street to the front door and then our suite was up a fairly steep flight of stairs inside.

Breakfast was great, and chef was very personable. Room was warm, with only fan to help cool. Furnishings were beginning to show wear and tear.

Room quaint and spacious. Beds super. Bathroom big and clean. Linens good quality. Location very good.
Breakfast was very disappointing both mornings. Left hungry. No jam with toast and only one slice... unusual for hotels. We went to Tim Hortons to eat more. On the 2nd day the cook assumed I ate meat and put a plate of bacon in front of me. He had to go looking for an alternative. But at least he was friendly. On the first day a cook and helper looked very stressed, did not greet us. We actually thought they must be guests and we needed to cook our own breakfast since they said nothing for 5 minutes. Also the breakfast area needs more table for 2 people. Most guests were pairs ... friends, couples... then they ended up sitting at tables for 4-6, so when other clients arrived, there was no table.
