Worst ever

The hotel is a complete mess. There was mold in my shower and I refused to reimburse me any money or do anything about it

Decent place, nice staff, good location

The lobby was modern. Staff were nice. Free breakfast was good.

Our original room was in rough shape and did have one serious issue. However after talking with staff about it, I was given a new, upgraded room at no additional cost. That room was very nice.

Nice place, nice staff, terrible pool experience.

Rhonda was great, and so easy to work with. The other desk staff weren't as good.

The pool had way, way too much chlorine. We could smell it on the 3rd floor. My kids LOVE to swim, and they couldn't stand it, and family had to stand outside the pool to watch them swim. We only stayed to extra day to have a.pool day, so we were very disappointed.

Mediocre Hotel- Great Staff

The location was close to where my son was playing basketball, the staff was friendly. The breakfast staff was warm and welcoming.

The bed was as hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, no extra blankets or pillows for the fold out bed. The toilet was so low to the ground it was like it was made for a toddler. A/C wouldn't kick on. Room was hot at night, thank goodness we could crack a window! Wouldn't drop below 74 degrees. The bathroom door was disgusting. Looks like a bloody hand print at the top of the door. Glad we bring our own disinfecting wipes and our own pillows!!

Was unpleasant will not be returning to this Hampton Inn or any others in the future.

The location near everything that was accommodating for us.

Walked in our room smelled of cigarettes. The hide a bed in the sofa was better than the King bed. Mold in the shower. Refrigerator had an odor. The carpet in the hall ways was terrible. The pool was not heated. The traffic of kid’s running in one room to another nocking on doors through the night. Night a family place of rest it’s a party place.

Wouldn't recommend if you want a romantic night out

Toilet was broke moved when you sit on it can hear traffic all night long smelled like dog the thermastate wouldn't tell the temperature so we froze all night bed was hard charged me 50 bucks just incase we broke something and everything was already broke we woke up at 7am and left didn't even want to shower there

Friendly staff, great food, and location was awesome!

The free breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly! The location was great and we were able to view the eclipse from the back of the hotel!!

There was no microwave or a guide to the tv.

The hotel itself was fine

Could not sleep due to noise of the room being right next to the highway. Not stop traffic zooming by, horns, sirens ETC

miserable night

Bed was okay , room was clean . Breakfast was nice , Phil who worked in the breakfast area was awesome, very friendly , professional . Staff was nice .

We were assigned the room at the far end of a long hall , right next to the stairs and across from the ice machine . Our room was clean , beds were a little hard for my liking, pillows were not comfy , one lumped up . The noise from the traffic kept me awake all night . Hubby had some sleep , but we were extremely tired in the morning. I think there had to be rooms that would have been quieter . Desk manager has offered a discount through booking.com

Ok but will try a different hotel for my money next time.

Location

The maintenance of the inside of the building is terrible. Trim is coming off walls at the floor, floors in elevators are filthy, carpeting in our room was ripped and shredded.

Beds were comfortable.

Front desk lady wasn't friendly. Wouldn't let us check in before 3pm. Wouldn't give us 3 keys. Computer didn"t work to print boarding passes. Elevator certification was expired by over 1 month. Hallway by elevator smelled awful. Carpet in lobby and halls looked dirty.

Not happy with the room

The staff was very helpful and friendly

The room had a damp musty smell , and our socks were black on the bottom from walking around inside the rooms.

travelers beware and steer clear!!!

this hotel was absolute filth. these pictures are NOT!! the same hotel!!! the pool was green and the water was cold. the room was filthy hair in the tub. and the couch/pull out bed mattress had disgusting fresh stains on it. and staff said it was ok because the mattress was only 5 years old. the breakfast, horrible. employee had it out by 6:15, well you’re not allowed to dine until 7am, so it was cold. we left and went to Cracker Barrel instead. a family member had a different room and they had pills left from previous tenant left on the bed. absolutely the worst stay ever and even my 6 year old noticed how filthy this place was.

I canceled the 2nd night and got a better nights sleep at a rest stop in my car... Seriously

Freeway, Costco and Starbucks adjacent

Dirty, the elevator looked like a crime scene. They were remodeling, carpeting torn up, 1/3 of the door plaques were randomly on the floor, pool closed, parking lot 1/4 full of dumpsters etc. This was a Friday night, I'm sure there was no construction happening over the weekend. The carpeting in the room reeked of stale cig smoke to the point of I on;y slept 3 hours and I'm a former smoker, a live cogarette in the room would've been better. First and last Hampton for me. Thanks

Charges for parking!!

I found it ridiculous to be charged $10 for parking. A back handed way to charge the customer more money. I have never paid for parking at any other Hampton Inn or any hotel. Same on you!
