The only thing I liked, was the parking lot as I was leaving in the morning.
it was nasty dirty, the bathroom had black hair all over the floor, and the bed linens looked like they were 20 years old, which they probably were.

The washers and dryers in the laundry room all worked, but were often tied up by people that were doing weeks worth of laundry.
I have stayed in this facility before on several occasions before and was satisfied. However, it is not being maintained. The refrigerator was dirty and has rust on the side next to the cooking area. The hall was not vacuumed the 4 days I stayed there. The diverter for the shower was stuck in a position for shower only. The bath room sink was dirty. The double pane
windows have lost their seal and have water between the panes and they are not tight in the frame so they leak air. The vent fan in the bath room was excessively noisy. The breakfast was inadequate as there is no longer any muffins and there was no coffee creamer and no juice of any kind. The front desk did not have enough supplies of cooking items and did not have what I asked for. For example a pot with no lid and cracked drinking glasses. When I checked in the person at the front desk was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. She was pregnant so maybe she was having a bad day. There was one guest that hung out in the lobby all day every day I was there. He was drinking and talking incoherently to everyone. The hotel sign no longer exist as it has fallen out of the frame and was on the ground.

I loved that it was a nice size room. Very clean and comfortable and it smell good as soon as you walked it.
Bathroom is kind of a tight fit but we made it work even that it wasn't a big issue.

Just the location
I’ll start from the beginning. We chose this location to stay with a church youth group in town for a convention. I knew as I walked into the front lobby and the smell of marijuana took over, that we were in for a trip. I was checking in and told the lady at the front desk that I had a different card to use to pay for the rooms other than the one I used for the reservation. I am the Youth Pastor of the church group and the card I wanted to use was in the Pastor’s name. I was told I cannot use it due to it not being in my name. That part is fine, I understand policy completely. Now I am stuck trying to figure out what to do with a bus full of 11 students that just drove 2 hours. I was told, very sarcastically, to see if the Hampton Inn next door will take us…very professional. Luckily someone else in our group had a card with enough on it to put down so we were able to check in. During check in, the “lady” at the front desk proceeded cuss, and tell us how she got her daughter drunk for her 21st birthday and enjoyed it…in front of some of my students…again very professional. Turns out she should have been paying more attention to her job then her stories. After getting into our rooms I received an alert on my phone that MY card had been charged. Now I’m sitting here with negative money in my bank account. I went down to the front desk and wouldn’t you believe it, the lady blamed me. She said, yeah we charged the card that was booked with the reservation. Confused I asked, why? We just had a whole conversation about how I couldn’t use one card to pay for the rooms and had to have someone else use theres. She proceeds to tell me that I told her to use their card to put down for incidentals. I didn’t even know what incidentals were at the time! Those words never came out of my mouth. Why would I freak out so much about a card being put down for incidentals??!! She then completely lied to my face and said that the rooms were ALREADY paid for ahead of time.

The beds were comfortable!
The bathtub was dirty, the bathtub faucet leaked. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. The website said they had breakfast and they didn’t - the just had coffee and a granola bar. They didn’t have any kitchen utensils/ pots/pans etc in the room, and when we called the front desk they never brought anything to us.

The bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. I liked the body lotion. There was plenty of parking. the guy who checked me in was enthusiastic. (The woman during the day didn't even look up. ) I liked the reasonable price. It was easy to book. The coffee was good. It was quiet during the night.
The floor in the elevator had the same dirt on the floor all 3 days I stayed here. the price was on the low side so I suppose my expectations were too high. The rooms are just old. The colors are not happy colors. The textured walls are depressing. I used my towels a couple times. For a 3-day stay, there was no in-between cleaning service. The coffee wasn't available long enough. It ran out a half hour before the posted time and the woman said that no more would be made.
