Great stay!

The place is going through major renovations. We are out of town and stayed on a renovated floor. It was spacious, super clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. The night manager, a petite young woman was super nice and welcoming. Breakfast had a nice buffet and coffee (bold) was excellent.

Desk chair old-rips in the leather, old TV, no access to Netflix and only about a dozen channels

Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help with what you need.

I had a pretty Pleasant visit

I like the size of the room and the beds were really comfortable

I did not like the fact that the first room that was provided to me wasn't clean. I was provided with another room which was better than what I looked for the inconvenience. The 3rd floor is under construction so that's probably where that problem came in at

Great stay! Avoid the elevator at all costs!!

It was the elevator that was the issue. It smelled like feces. It was so bad we didn't want to touch anything let alone ride in it. We used the staircase. That was nasty!

Hotel was good except elevator, breakfast was good, I just showered and slept therespent most of 3 day weekend with kids

Hotel elevator smelled horrible, like burnt hydraulic fluid. I was on 3 floor and used the stairs, told front desk but no joy

Rooms were clean but dark and in need of update and repairs

Room was nice and big.

Looks dated. A lot of the furniture needs replacing. Lots of nicks and tears.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

The only thing I liked was the location.

Cleanliness was definitely lacking . The food was nasty . Didn’t even have juices .

It was just ok but I’ll not stay again.

The location was next to restaurants.

The lobby was heated to 109 degrees. The parking lot needs its pot holes filled desperately. The attendant was helpful if you didn’t need anything.

good location, friendly staff, breakfast was great, quiet atmosphere

key card locks are outdated and don’t work, I had to ask for a new card 3 times, I was then told by staff that they don’t most of the time and they are going to be replaced in the future, pool was closed due to heating not working, carpets were dirty, stains on walls, just all around not very clean, phone in room did not work.

I called upon arriving about an hour early to ask for early check-in, I was cut off mid sentence told "not going to happen, bye" and hung up on. Upon arriving staff was nice but hotel was dirty , pool was closed (we can with our basketball organization of kid), the lamps in our room didn't work, there was hair and dirt in the shower, guest laundry room was closed I could see the old broken down washer and dryer sitting in there (my daughter played basketball two days in a dirty sweaty jersey because I couldn't wash it), king bed was very broken down there was a dip in the middle, couch was stained and dirty and in the morning the water was COLD. I called the desk they said they were aware and maintenance was on it. Once it was fixed it would be about 45 minutes to warm up. Well it was 9:50am and check-out is 11am! I asked for a late check-out so we could shower before we left once it was fixed, they told me no they don't do that on the weekend, I asked if they were compensating us since we couldn't even shower they said manager said NO. I called corporate and left a message for them to call me no return call yet. Breakfast was pretty good but the juice machine was out of service and coffee was empty. The ONE lady working in there was very kind and working very hard! We travel to Fort Wayne about six times a year with a large group of about 30-40 families for basketball/volleyball tournaments, I will not stay here again and will advice everyone I know from all organizations in Michigan not to stay here!!!

The staff was friendly

The bed was very uncomfortable, hard. The breakfast was awful, the scrambled eggs were runny, dripping in juices, the shells were hard around the edges, not sure what the sausage was. Very disappointing.
