The frozen yogurt was awesome, so many toppings to choose from! The creek and forest walk was relaxing. Staff was friendly and informative.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly! The frozen yogurt was such a treat on hot days!
I think that they are still updating many things! Wish there are a place to hang some towels and wet clothes ( swimming suits) at the suite!

It had beds, table with chairs, each unit had a firepit and little porch on the front with chairs . Had a fridge & Microwave and fan that was really need as the cabin was very hot. Slept with the door open all night.
Bathrooms closer to Cabin, Bed had covers on the mattress that were heavy and made it hard for the sheets to stay on so about half way thru the night the fitted sheet came off and I ended up sleeping on the mattress cover, very uncomfortable. No outside lights so we arrived after dark so had to leave door open to see front steps.

It would have been great to have food of some sort available at the campground.

The ark was interesting, and the cabins were comfortable. Also never heard the train at night which was good.
Hard to locate when driving at night

The property was in a good location.
When we arrived, we found out that there was zero running water or bathroom in our “chalet”. We were very taken aback, as the picture on booking.com shows a kitchen sink and to call it a “chalet” and have the only washrooms, the ones that the rest of the campground uses was quite surprising. Especially because we were paying $200 for the night. Not sure what we were paying for. There were also a ton of bugs on the main level. Definitely not worth the $$$.

The yogurt shop was a unusual added bonus very tasty. Clean modern shower house.
Lack of kitchen supplies. Was told the RV was fully stocked and it was not l. No pots, can opener, kettle not enough mugs or glasses for 4 people.
3.7
Hot showers were amazing.
A lot of people for only three bathrooms. I wasn’t refunded for a night even though an out of control fire was within 15kms.
3.7
Very friendly and accommodating staff. A good stop off point for trips across the province.
No fault of the facility, they can’t control the weather, but an overnight rainstorm turned the site to mud.
3.7
Outside ambiance is good, dog poop in a bag are not place I a proper place
They will give you a map for the RV that you will stay, which is outdated.

The attitude of the staff is very good. Answer all questions. The room has just been renovated and the equipment is relatively new.
Bedding is not very good. Room door didn't lock. Outside the window is the public kitchen. Not very quiet.
3.7
I really loved the communal kitchen. It was great to be around others from all over.

Best RV experience! Deluxe RV has everything we need- kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and comfort waking up sorrounded with the beauty if natute. The yougart shop was a bonus to end the stay👍
It has to be two days to make the most of the RV experience😀 we should have stayed for two days.

The main bedroom was very nice. Matters & bedsheets looked clean and new. The location is good, and the staff was super nice and friendly.
The alternative bedroom was not made up. The matress was just thrown on the platform, and bedding was kept in a bag on top. None looked clean, so we used our own bedding we were carrying. The couch was broken, and only one person could sit on it.

Good location to enjoy the area. Lots to do around. Nothing to do inside the campground.
The RV we rented was in pretty rough shape. The campground itself had junk

Washrooms and showers. The wifi was ok.
The trailer needed more light.

The two trailers we rented were comfortable and clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The location is beautiful and a short drive from Revelstoke.
The site is still under some construction. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm glad they're doing well and see the need to expand. Look forward to seeing how it develops.

I expected more information about how to use a mobile home + local tips.
