Nice location
Could be loud from the beal street, for the price it could be spotless.
4.1
The location is the only reason to even consider staying here-and it's not worth that.
We booked this hotel specifically for it's location--within walking distance to Beale St. and for the guaranteed garage parking. That is the only reason for the 2 stars--because everything else about this hotel rates less than 1 star.
The front desk clerk when we checked in moved slower than molasses in January. Despite paying up-front through Booking.com, we still had to pay a $100 deposit "for parking and incidentals." We were told that the $79 ($100- $21 for parking) would be refunded "in 1-2 weeks!"
There is only one working elevator in the building and it sounds as if it was installed in 1920. You cannot get to the upper floors via the stairs from the lobby--more on that in a minute.
Our king room had a great view and the bedding was clean. The mini fridge has no freezer compartment but the ice machine down the hall works. The carpet felt greasy.
The bathroom toilet made a hideous screeching noise as the tank refilled--and it ran forever. We asked for maintenance to come fix it. They never did. There was mildew in the shower and the towels smelled musty.
After a pleasant night out we returned to our room and had just settled in when the fire alarm went off. The whole building waited on the street corner while the fire department showed up--but never entered the building. When we were let back in, it quickly became apparent that the lobby full of people could not all wait for one creaky elevator to transport us back to the upper floors. We asked how we got back to the stairwells that we all used to evacuate the building--and were told that a staffer would have to escort us through the employee only section of the ground floor!
We were awakened at the apparently acceptable hour of 8am by cleaning staff having a LOUD conversation up and down the floor.
We've had a nicer room, with a working toilet, at a $99/night Days Inn. For $270/ night, we expected much better.

Able To Be Close to Downtown! Was celebrating a marriage proposal! Rented Luxury Room over looking Down Town with walk out Balcony acess over looking Down town Memphis paid Higher price for this kind of Stay and was put in a room facing a Alley told nothing could be done because was booked through booking.com not Hilton! Pool was not as pictures in we site showed very small water was cold left early on second day rented a different hotel room
Cold pool cost $579.00 was supposed to be $400. Charged $749.00 on credit card! Housekeeping didn't knock or say anything just entered! Rude at front desk

Everything went well. Breakfast choices were good. I liked the water bottle refill station too!
Insulated windows! We were on the street side and it sounded like drag racing through the night
4.1
The property was in a very excellent location. We were definitely about a block from Beale Street across the street from the park. Everything was amazing.

Location
Doors are locked so takes forever to even get inside to check in. They also tried to tell me my payment failed when I was checking out although it was clearly on my credit card statement then when I requested a manager like magic the problem was fixed. Scammers
4.1
Location, staff, breakfast
They charge hotel guests for parking. Only one working elevator and stairs were closed.
4.1
Good location right on Beale Street . The staff was friendly. Secure garage parking. I love that the pool was 24 hours.
Only one elevator worked, the wait could be long. Could use some renovations. The breakfast consisted of only maybe two or three items. The sheets had spots on them. Seems like they didn’t really want to give you any towels. The hot water also didn’t last long.

I like that it's on Beale Street
Accommodations for a hotel that I booked was not available elevator was broke the pool was very dirty and it was only one door to enter
4.1
The front desk staff displayed excellent customer service. Mr. John was very helpful and so calm as he attended to customers.the guests.
One of the elevators was broken our entire stay. This really put a strain Some of us found ourselves walking up the stairs daily. Not so cool. There elevators need to be repaired.
4.1
The breakfast was good. We liked the waffle bar and the coffee was good. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet even though it is in a noisier location. The location is excellent, a short walk to Beale Street.
The pool was closed for cleaning the first night, and we had chosen that hotel specifically because of the indoor pool. When it reopened the next day there were no guest towels available in the pool area, and the pool itself was very small. The staff was not friendly and acted like they expected us to break rules or misbehave… police watching us instead of being there to serve us.
4.1
The location was just what we were looking for and the room size met our expectations.
The breakfast very basic for a hotel of this size and cost. The choice of pre cooked food was fairly limited and only plastic knifes & fork and plates were available. Only 1 lift was working and we were told there was always trouble with the lifts. On our first day the only lift worked for 15 minutes and stoped for 15 minutes through out the day. The bar and grill was closed as it was being renavated. We were also surprised to be supplied with ear plugs and a notice saying if we expected a quiet hotel we had come to the wrong hotel. The noise was quite loud.
4.1
It fitted our needs well, so we are happy to come back or recommend it too others.
No problems or issues at all, though the breakfast was not great it was adequate. It shut down a little early one day.

Location, location, location
They never cleaned the room and we were asked at check in if we wanted the room cleaned each day. We signed a piece of paper stating we wanted our room cleaned everyday.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. The location right in the middle of Memphis was very convenient and just around from Beale Street. Staff very friendly and helpful
4.1
Breakfast was acceptable. Room was not bad, there was enough room for the 3 of us. Location was right in the middle of the main entertainment area, which I really enjoyed. There was so much going on! I loved the continuous parade of exotic cars. There were laundry facilities on site.
One Lift wasn't working, the other had chug chug noises. No mini bar in room. No in room data book or sheet telling us what's on, or where to eat, or hotel information!

Everyone working there is SO friendly!! Hotel was surprisingly insulated to Beale St noise.
Elevators need work.

Tiffany at the front desk went above and beyond - She is a delight and credit to the hotel. Also Beverly is a star answering questions and giving directions, even walking us out & up the street!
the noise level is off the charts but they do fess up at check in - - - with a sign stating this is not a quiet hotel ( see photo below)
