It’s ok for a one night stay but wouldnt stay longer.

It was mostly clean except for a few things like the safety bar in the shower (rusty) and the handle on the faucet was broken. The tissue box in the lobby bathroom was dirty on top.

Location was a little far from my destination and there was a weird smell in our room. There were no good restaurants around the immediate vicinity, mostly fast food options. Free breakfast at the hotel was awful.

We would stay there again!

The rooms were nice and big, without being too big. When we texted about an issue with the tv, maintenance came right up and remedied the problem.

The door to our room was an issue and we had difficulty opening and closing it.

We had a really good stay and had a great time and look forward to coming again

The staff was very friendly. Everything was well-maintained and the hotel was beautiful.

There’s nothing that I really didn’t like the only thing I would say is I wish they had a little more options as far as breakfast

The room was great and the fact that they accommodate families with pets is the best!

I appreciated having a place to stay near St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church for a funeral.

Breakfast went well and I appreciated the extended hours. Stephanie was particularly hospitable and gracious. Because of Stephanie, and others who were helpful, I left a gratuity for the staff. I appreciated having the space in my room to set up a workspace.

Did not realize that using Booking.com would mean my Hilton Honors enrollment would not be recognized. Used booking.com because I was making a short notice trip for family member memorial service at the height of summer season. It was not clear that I could have free wifi. Room 206 had a big gash in the dresser. I could not get the TV to work or move off of the HDMI mode using either remote. TVs should be default set to hotel channel at cleaning. Another guest at breakfast had the same experience. I still left a gratuity for the housekeeping staff in appreciation for their service.

Pleasant

My overall stay was pretty good. The rooms were a nice size and clean upon arrival. The front desk staff was very helpful and assisting me with questioned I had.

I had asked for my room to be cleaned and the room was never cleaned during my stay. The receptionists was helpful and provided me with a fresh set of towels. The food was cold for the continental breakfast.

we are very happy with everything about our accommodations .We are anticipating our next stay at a Hilton Hotel .

Quiet,clean,parking was convenient. The kitchen made it very home like ,and it was well stocked with all the necessities including a dishwasher !

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The location was really good close to hiway and eateries but for the price and also being a Hilton property I wasn’t ple

Well…there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and plate that wasn’t clean in the cabinet…when we asked for more wash cloths and towels we never got them!!! They put us on a list on Saturday and never got any..:had to get some from the pool area..

Clothing from previous person using the room left behind. Roaches in the room. Killed 4. Bed didn't have any cushion left. It felt like sleeping on a rock.

Kitchen was fine

There was a dresser on right side of bed that made it difficult to move around room. Towels felt like sandpaper!

Pleasant

I loved that it wasn't too far from the convention center and it was in a great location of stores/restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was bussin' bussin' 😅😅 Hands down to the chef 🙌🏾🙌🏾 And of course the tall mirror right when you enter the lobby 😍 I wanted one for myself 😊

I didn't like the fact that they couldn't find my reservation. So that really messed up myself and my daughter and they didn't offer to give me a discount, extra stay, or etc. for inconvenience because that really set us back. And when I gave them the confirmation number it didn't work, so I'm like what's the point of having a confirmation number when it doesn't work. Booking.com is what I always use to book my hotels and this was the first problem I had.

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. We needed an early check in for whale watching since we traveled with our Pomeranian who could not go on the boat. Our whale watching was cancelled so then we needed a later check out time as well. I appreciated all the aide given. All the staff we encountered were fantastic. The breakfast was great.
