Fifty-fifty on scale of satisfaction.

Location

Dirty towel left from previous guest. Old shower not inviting to use. Not enough luggage carts for the number of guests.

It was a good experience, and we would consider staying again.

Alexa was amazing, and very helpful. She made our check-in an easy process. Our room was clean and comfortable. The custodian staff were all very pleasant, and accommodating. The staff and atmosphere at Ashley's restaurant was great. The location of the property was great!

Our door was VERY difficult to open and shut. This was very taxing when we had things in our hands trying to get in, or exit our room. The food on the hot bar at Ashley's restaurant was cold. For $17 a person, this was not acceptable. There was no information in the room re: the TV lineup, nor about the amenities offered on or off site.

Not clean floors were dirty. Stains on the hall carpet. Staff not helpful housekeeping not able to communicate to help with guest when ask for towels etc.

Hotel is in a great location but there are several options for hotels in the same location!

Staff was very helpful. One of the three days (8/12/23) the room was not cleaned and bed not made by housekeeping. Also, on 8/12/23, when we went to buffet breakfast, the majority of the tables were still not cleaned and buffet counters were not kept up, resupplied, and chafing dishes and counters were a mess. Very distasteful in a place where one has paid for Buffets.

Housekeeping follow through and Restaurant staff responsible for bussing and for buffet lines and counters upkeep could have done their jobs! Truly disappointing.

Location

Maintenance was hammering and working at 11pm and it was annoying. Elevator was not working properly and had a very long time coming and going. Breakfast place was horrible service. Waiting for 20 mins for a drink order to start and they never came so we left. Waiting for a discount for this inconvenience

Don’t stay here

Staff were incredibly accommodating and kind.

It was I’ll sanitary and in disrepair. Sewage seeping into the hallway with large air blowers trying to dry out the carpet. Rats running around by the door where the dumpster is which is also a guest access point. Larges piles of dirty laundry and trash left in the hallway outside of our room for over 12 hours. The carpet in our room was permanently wet (squishy!) from a dripping a/c unit. Just horrible conditions.

I will not book with them again, I was embarrassed because I planned a special trip for my spouse.

My room was not as clean as I participated. This trip was planned for my partner’s birthday, I wanted it to go well, I did a lot of planning. While having dinner a large roach starting crawling up the wall, when we walked over to kill the bug there was another on the table near open food. We took photos it ruined the evening we had to ask to switch rooms. I wanted to leave and I wanted a refund. We stayed because at that point we felt looking for a new hotel would be time consuming and ruin what time we had left. I will never book with them again, expectations were not! meant, I would like a refund. Thank you

Hotel lobby was clean and the room was clean. The shower was wonderful.

There was no plugs to charge my phone, none in the lamps and all the outlets were behind furniture or the bed. The pool was under construction and there was buckets and trash in it.

the property is in disrepair, very outdated from the furniture to the carpets. There was no pool/patio access, it was torn up!! The hallways leading to room smelled and was dirty.
