It was clean and had no musty smells. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, very spacious suite, good breakfast, swimming pool, tvs with Netflix, great stay.
My only complaint is that the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were plenty of dishes, but the only thing to cook in was a small saucepan. We also saw a few bugs, but that may be unavoidable in this area.

Great layout. Nice location. Welcoming staff.
I was not happy with a false fire alarm.
7.0
It was very close to where my parents live
It smelled so strongly of sweet chemical cleaning products in the hallways. Nearly gave me a migraine.
Everything was very cheaply made. Bare minimum everywhere you turned.
Someone set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night.

Staffing was friendly and helpful when we requested services
-Hotel was next to police station and police officers would test their police sirens every day at 6 AM.
- Swimming pool was freezing cold
-Breakfast was frozen bought and rewarmed
-You can hear airplanes take off and land
-Traffic was horrible and can hear cars rubbing the engine when accelerating
-Someone hit the light post and next day another person park their car and stole the post light. No one did anything about it.

Everything was good. We came to celebrate our Aunt's 75th birthday! The staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Our aunt was very happy and had a wonderful time with the family. We danced, had food, and socialized.

The lady Karen was horrible and rude at the desk. She messed up my reservations and charged my card 3x and got rude and cancelled me reservation without fixing the issues. Was told I’ll get a free night but point received wasn’t even enough for an night

Beautiful hotel, worth the money, nice staff and cute game/breakfast room
Stated there was a hot tub however the hot tub was cemented over and is now a patio area

It was the worst ever!!! There wasn’t a variety to choose from. The eggs were green and running. The breakfast use to be their best .
The room was partially cleaned. The kitchen floor had not been mopped or swept. I used a wipe to clean the floor. The wipe was filthy. The bathroom floor was the same. I found someone’s fingernail on the floor. There were stains on the sofa. I used a wipe to clean the sofa. I was overcharged for my stay. I wanted to continue my stay and Patterson( manager on duty) told me that I would have to change rooms which I had already stayed two nights. This was definitely my worst holiday experience. I will never stay at the Residence Inn in Norfolk again.

The staff was super nice. We were there to see our Navy Sailor for the holiday and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and play board games for quite some time after we checked out so we could continue to visit before we started our 5 hour drive home. Nice having a full size refrigerator and stove top, we took advantage of both. We had a room with two Queen size beds and a separate sitting area which was great for those who weren’t quite ready to retire for the evening.
The breakfast was disappointing. Had to ask for them to replenish many items including tater tots, milk, juice, bread, and eggs to name a few. Waiting 10 minutes for an item was excessive when time is short. Only had potatoes 1 day out of 3, never any ham or bacon just corned beef hash one day and sausage the other two. Even the dry cereal ran out. No pastries at all. Went down for breakfast each morning 45 minutes or more before it was to end so I can’t imagine what others dined on arriving even later. Also, I booked a room for 4 people and only had bath towels for 3, shouldn’t have to request that.

The staff was amazing, we loved the rooms, the price might of been higher then other hotels but it was definitely worth the money. We had so much planned out for our Anniversary but ended up staying in the room most of the time.
It's worth it and we'll definitely be back.
I didn't like the fact that we had to leave, probably would of liked a better view. But it wasn't a deal breaker for us.

We liked the spacious accommodations. Closeness to shopping and the beach. Breakfast available. Pleasant front desk staff
The elevator and the couch had an unpleasant odor.

Breakfast left much to be desired but the facilities were nice.

I like the space size the kids had the room and my husband and I had the sofa bed. the kitchen would allow me to feed the family without having to eat out the whole stay…
The air wasn’t working properly. So while it wasn’t uncomfortablly hot, we had to get fans to stay cool through the night. Thermostat instructions would have been nice. Considering we left our things in the room. Turned on the air so it could be cool by the time we got back… yet it was still warm when we returned….

Call the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and the fourth floor hallway smelled amazing walking through
we would have liked more options for breakfast. There could’ve been bacon or sausage not just hash. There it would’ve been nice to have had cereal options for the kids. Maybe some danishes the toast was kind of still and we only saw everything bagels or sesame bagels, which really wasn’t something that the children would enjoy. Other than that everything was nice.
