Was a prefect place to spend the night meet all my needs as travelling with a pet dog

Exceptional

Really nice hotel to spend a couple of days with your friends. The rooms are VERY spacious, and the staff is friendly.

Only downside is that the restaurant inside the hotel is expensive.

Great staff, food and location, but not relaxing due to noise pollution from the hot tub

I like the hot tub, breakfast, friendly staff and the cleanliness

The hot tub made loud noises that it disturbed my stay and sleep. I was moved to the suite below and it wasn’t any better. The noise happened on and off throughout the day and night. I couldn’t enjoy my stay

Excellent value

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Excellent value for what we paid per night. Next time we are in the area, we are definitely staying here again.

Fire place would not turn off completely. Orientation of the t.v. from the bed was a little awkward. Bed a little too firm.

Best breakfast selection I have ever seen in a hotel. Interesting and tasty choices. I had something different every morning of our five night stay. Breakfast was included in the room cost. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

I can’t think of anything that didn’t meet or exceed expectations.

There was a lot of parking available. This hotel is close to different stores and restaurants but it’s located in a quiet part of town. The staff was very friendly. My room was perfect for me! I especially liked how the TV could be pulled out so I could see if from the bed. Overall, I had a great stay!

Overpriced and not worth the money.

First room was not working. Booked a Jacuzzi room, called front desk for help. Said she couldn't. Come at the moment because she was dealing with someone who wasn't a guest that was in the bathroom. Moved us to a room that recently had a leak in the ceiling. Still damage in the room. Bar was over priced and drinks were not made right. Overall overpriced for what is offered. Would not return.

Because of the bed we won’t be back, unfortunately.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and updated. Staff we’re pleasant. The room was well appointed. There was decent seating for both of us.

The bed was very, very hard. Neither my partner nor I slept well because of it.

we stayed only 1 night after visiting family close by. For 1 night it has been ok.

Breakfast has been included, which was nice. Room has been huge with a real gas fireplace and an enormous TV. Room has been very quiet and relatively close to elevator.

King-size bed, but with a 'dent' in the middle. Loved the 'hardiness' of the mattress but it was worn out. Pillows were lumpy and the duvet very thin. Plus, they wanted $75 for our dog as 'clean-up', but she lived all the time in her travel crate during the one night. Quite over the top price. Breakfast has been nice but serving coffee from Starbucks in paper-cups a bit cheep for the price.

The front staff extremely confrontational, no help... I won't recommend this hotel to a total enemy. Co.plete let's down and extremely disappointed with everything about this hotel
