The room was clean and quiet.
Access through a shared house with tenants sleeping in the entry room was a bit uncomfortable.

Basement of a house, no kitchener, shower curtian for a door, and stange asian door person sleeping on a couch inside front door, and the day before i was to leave some lady showed up demanding my id and credit card and started screaming fraud and taking pictures. My friend booked the unit for me at PREpayment rates. They knew the card wasnt present on site and i had already given the host pictures of my id it was rude selfish and idk if she was gonna call the cops and for what everything was legit. Scary and sketchy so i left a day early.. sooo disappointed

I can’t imagine paying for a lodge and I was shown a basement.
That’s not fair at all.
As a new traveler with no option I almost got freezes up and never had a good sleep.
The fact that I was shown to sleep at the basement after paying over 120$ with tax.

That at the last minute she had a place for me to stay the private washroom and walk-in closet as well as the view of the woods. She was great communicating with me via text and she wanted to make sure I came home well. She's a very caring person.

When we arrived it became clear that there were not enough beds for us, so we left immediately.
Owner wanted us to pay 360 dollars for 2 small beds with 4 people.
So we had to find a new accommodation late in the evening.

Helen's house is really cosy, we had a great stay and good rest at her master room.
Other tenant maybe trying open or knocking our door.

The house was immaculately clean.
The bed was so hard I might as well have slept on the floor.
Room temperature was a little high for my liking.
The house was austere, devoid of any charm.
The least thing needed was a lamp beside the bed or a night light.
Someone entered the house after I had turned in but I never saw another person.

Free parking, quick replies to messages, great price, quiet neighborhood, good wi-fi, friendly owner
The only change I could recommend is heavier curtains to block more light from the street.

Helen is a very nice lady and always there to help. The room is clean, tidy, and very comfortable to live and I stayed there for more than half a month.

The bed was comfortable, the room itself was clean, which additionally came with a private bathroom. We had an entire backyard to ourselves as well. The house is spacious and Helen was very kind and willing to answer any questions we had.
There was no cutlery to be found in the kitchen.

Good location for my purpose. Parking space. Clean, easy. Pleasant host.
Walls were paper thin so could hear everything next door were saying and doing.
Tea/coffee/ kettle in room is a necessity these days but there was none.
