Breakfast was the quiche, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it, and the fruit was fresh.
we were safe walking distance to a really nice Italian restaurant.
Close to amenities.

Joanne was amazing as a host and very communicative. The selfmade breakfast each morning was so delicious! My room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I really felt at home. Talking to the other guests was awesome and it gave the whole stay a very personal touch. Would definitely recommend staying at Joanne's.
Nothing :)

Wonderful breakfast, very friendly hostess.Very pleasant lounge/,breakfast area with everything on hand. Quiet location.
No complaints at all. I guess the room was a little small and bathroom quite dark.

it was really clean, tidy and a nice sea of town.
the bed wasn’t as comfortable but it wasn’t bad. literally the only complaint.

the location. Very leafy suburb of Vancouver, with easy access by bus into all areas of Downtown Vancouver. ( about 40 mins) It was very clean and we had our own ensuite bathroom.

Operator Joanne was a lovely hostess.with helpful hints and stories to share. Facilities were everything needed for a five-day stay. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to bus stop. Relaxing atmosphere.
Location was a distance from things in Vancouver (i.e., bus required for any trip). lol jam for breakfastl

Top floor room was lovely with private bathroom. There is also a separate shared lounge area downstairs with tv and kitchenette where you can meet the other guests if you choose. Host Joanne was kind and respectful of personal space. The house is beautiful in a very safe area for walking and enjoying Vancouver’s amazing gardens and heritage homes. Free street parking out front of the house. Would definitely return- felt like a home away from home.

Joanne makes the great breakfast every morning! The area is quiet and safe. I'd love to stay there again.

Joanne prepared a delicious breakfast that varies every morning! She is also very nice throughout the entire time that I stayed. The check-in and check-out are smooth as well.
The bed was unfortunately too soft for me.

Very quiet location. Breakfast was very good.
Breakfast area was a little cool in terms of temperature.

Breakfast was good. Upstairs accommodation looked very different to downstairs!
The room was very small and basic. In the basement and quite dark. Breakfast was served at a round table with 6 small stools, that were very uncomfortable, cold and totally unsuitable to eat at. While we were there one guest fell off a stool and hurt his wrist. Food was good, but landlady hovered during the meal.Photos on the site did not accurately portray the accommodation offered. The b&b is quite a way outside Vancouver but there is a bus service about 10 mins walk away.

- very friendly landlady!
