Parking with multiple doors made it easy to haul luggage. Cafe was excellent with Starbucks coffee! Close to interstate, but no traffic noise.
Shower head was too low, I'm 6', it was at like 5'6".

Clean
I specifically paid extra for a room with a balcony facing the water - ended up with a room that faced the hotel in a courtyard - even after I mentioned I specifically paid extra for a view of the water - really disappointed

Nothing
The room I booked through BOOKING.COM wasn’t available and they give me a horrible room and still charged me the full price.

Location near to airport
Called for shuttle four times and got no response at all
Supposed to be available and wasn’t
We had been traveling from Europe for nearly 24 hours
After an hour of waiting outside in the supposed shuttle location and never getting through on our various cell phones we took a taxi
On arrival, our rooms were not in the main building as requested ,we are 80 plus and one of us had difficulty walking because of an Achilles tendon injury, but in the tower
This is a long distance from the main part of the building and there was no help available for bag services etc
All in all we were completely dissatisfied
We have stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions and been satisfied with the service provided
This time we were not and are considering whether we’ll ever stay there again as there are many different choices in the adjacent area

Convenience of rooms in main building
Shuttle to airport in morning good

location
worst sound insulation I have ever experienced in a hotel. we could hear noise from all adjacent units. poor construction. parking lot was a concern due to location.

perfect for its proximity to SL airport - appreciated the parking and airport shuttle

hot water didn’t work/mislabeled

It was a decent room, and it looked clean.
I booked this hotel because it said pets stay free AND I even called the receptionist at the front desk prior to booking to confirm it was free and they said yes. That is the main reason I booked this hotel as I'm trying to save money. When I arrived they suddenly told me I had to pay $50 per pet ($100 in total) and when I mentioned the booking + what the receptionist said they didn't care and made me sign a form and charged my card. Obviously I felt upset and lied to by the advertisement/phone call. There was also no microwave or fridge in the hotel room but that's not a huge deal compared to the unexpected pet fees.

We booked this room based off of the photos on booking showing there was a jacuzzi tub in the room. We checked in and found there was not a tub anymore and hasn’t been since covid. The property told us that they have told booking and that it is booking that will have to refund us. I am not ok with this being advertised as having a bath and then get there and it not, that is false advertising. We would like our money back, that is ridiculous how false it is being portrayed for a jacuzzi suite when in fact it is just a basic room.

airport shuttle and on site restaurant
too far to elevator

Room clean and quiet. Arrived late and left early so didn't utilise any additional services. Close to SLC airport and free regular shuttle appreciated.
Water leaks around shower /bath curtain and onto floor which then tracks along the tile grouting on the floor into the entrance way, making the floor in the entrance way into the room, wet. Best to position the bath mat on the floor close to the shower end of the bath to catch the water runoff.

Everyone is really friendly.
The beds are hard and the faucets in the shower/ tub are falling off the wall.

What’s wrong with this hotel?! The front desk didn’t allow us to check in because I used my preferred name for booking. Showing ID, credit card, or confirmation from booking didn’t work and we had to find another place to stay at 1am! And they’re still charging us for this! How ridiculous!! Worst experience ever and I will never stay at any Hilton hotel again!!

The facilities
The hotel did not have my booking, even though it was booked and paid for over a week ago through Booking.com. When I was finally given a key after 1am I went up and the room was occupied. The occupant was furious. As a female travelling alone this puts me in danger, especially at this hour.
4.0
Great staff, friendly and helpful. Large room with nice bed, work desk and chair, TV, mini-fridge, large bathroom with all the needed amenities.
I don't remember the WiFi being that weak/slow when I stayed here last year. It was possible to connect and log on to my usual work sites, but the pages would then either load slowly or not at all, making it impossible to send/retrieve e-mail and large files. Ended up using my phone as a hotspot and going outside since cell strength indoors was also weak.

Cleanliness. Blood stains and carpet and towel. old fruit seeds on the floor.
