First room smelled like cigarettes. Second room had no hot water. Manager left and went outside when I asked to change rooms and made me wait in line twice when he could have easily helped me. They wanted to charge $5 for breakfast when it’s advertised as free. Spend your money elsewhere.
Everything could be improved at this location.

Close to our activities. Room rate was quite reasonable. Room was clean and shower worked and kept the water hot when needed. After we changed rooms (air conditioning was broken in the first room), the room was pleasant to stay/sleep in.
Room key never worked in the parking garage to let us back in the door for the elevator, so we had to walk up the ramp and around to the front entrance to get inside the hotel. First room had broken Air Conditioning so it was EXTREMELY hot, but staff was able to move us to another room with working AC, so it was much better after that. Beds were very firm, and kind of uncomfortable (at least for me and another family member. Pillows didn't have much too them and flattened out very quickly...we had to pull an extra out of the closet and a blanket to put underneath them to get more support. The water pressure in the toilets was really low. Sometimes it took 2-3 flushes just to get it to completely flush.

De afstand richting het centrum en de luchthaven was goed. Vriendelijk personeel.
De sportschool was aanwezig. Echter stelde dit echt niks voor. Heel weinig apparatuur, waardoor je beter zelf kan sporten.

It looked neglected. Dirty windows. Drains didn’t work! No actual airport shuttle.
Never again!

It was all good, breakfast was a bit basic but other than that spot on, close to tram line so could get all over the place easily

Location
Given no information about how to use parking garage, had to park on the street, tv wouldn’t work, used to getting free breakfast not paying $11.99

There was no hot water, no shampoo, no AC. The room was clearly not cleaned well or with time and effort

Easy to find-close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very poor broken counter. Sheet had blood on them

Proximity to airport
1) When I arrived, the Television was not working properly, it took until the following day to repair.
2) The shower did not drain, I was standing in a ft. of water at the end of my shower.
3) There was no housekeeping the following day, I was told I had to request it.
4) Went to use the ironing board, but it collapsed as it was already broken.

Close to the airport
The room was dirty, The elevator did not work “ I was on the third floor with large suitcases “and the fire alarm went off every ten minutes from 4am until I finally just left at 630am. The staff was decent in the morning but I felt judged at check in because I booked a single king room and the guy at check in asked if I was sure that I didn’t want two beds because my partner and I are both men. This morning I felt like asking for at least a partial refund.

Big rooms, ok beds.
Not very clean, a bit loud.

It was close to the airport.
Unable to charge dinner at the hotel restaurant to my room. Or a beverage from the hotel shop. Wasn’t able to get a receipt when I checked out. Only hourly shuttles.

BED HAD BUGS...SHOWER HANDLE ALMOST FALLING OFF

The room was fine, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, the fresh fruit of melon and grapes was delicious. Parking was free and on-site which was a bonus. My 15 year old son was able to do a decent workout in the gym, so he was happy.
The outside pool area had no parasols to shade you from the sun which was a definite miss as the sun was burning. The gentleman on reception was not very friendly and did not provide all relevant information at time of check-in so we had to go back later to ask additional questions which was unnecessary.

Rooms were a good size. Restaurant on site.
The breakfast was free for my husband but when I went to eat they said I would have to pay $14.00. Wasn't impressed with that.

Room size was good and overall, great value for money with the free shuttle service to the airport.
The bed was quite small and the property itself seemed old.

They advertised breakfast for $8.99 per person but they charged $16+ dollars per person. I went to the front desk to complain and the clerk was not emphatic. He simply said "that's the price" and no further explanation or action on his part.

The lobby area was descent
Very run down, one of the lights in the pool was floating in the water still attached by wires (unsafe). Our room was dirty and did not have functioning AC - was told they were working on it. After one night in an 85 degrees they finally agreed to move us to a new room. Was told by front desk that the first room we were in was supposed to be out-of-order.

rooms are nice
it was so very hot. we called the front desk several times and was ensured it was fixed until we called at 130 am, and they said oh yeah no it’s not getting fixed. super bummed we were lied to knowing how hot it was.

Great ambience and convenient location. There was free Airport shuttle for pickup and drop off. Good restaurants nearby

proximity to the airport is good, although not in the best area of town, for sure.
The room and bathroom are average at best. The hotel feels more like a motel to be honest. The TV in the room wasn't working and when I called reception, they didn't seem bothered at all and asked to to com e to reception so that they could give me another remote ( despite me saying that the actual tv wasn't even coming on manually). I went to reception and after trying to explain that the TV ( not the remote) wasn't working the answer I got was ' oh yes, I can see on the system that the last guest also said the same'. In the end I went back to the room, moved the massive stand the tv was on and found that the tv wasn't even plugged into the wall! So I plugged it in and all worked. So more staff empathy and service.

My experience at the Radisson Salt Lake Airport hotel, booked through booking.com, was beyond dreadful and completely unacceptable. Despite having a reservation, the hotel's IT system failed to recognize it for over an hour, which in reality was due to the front desk agent not checking the correct laptop. I was left waiting in the lobby for an extended period of time, arriving at the hotel after midnight due to a missed flight connection. The front desk agent made me wait for an entire hour until 1am before finally agreeing to give me a room, but only after I contacted a booking.com customer agent through my phone.
The situation only worsened when the front desk agent gave me the wrong room key, leading me to enter a room that was already occupied by another guest. The experience was incredibly uncomfortable and distressing for both of us. I strongly believe that I deserve a full refund for this booking, and furthermore, when I reached out to the manager to remedy the situation, they promised to get back to me but never followed through.
The level of service I received at the Radisson Salt Lake Airport hotel was unacceptable, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that no other guest has to endure such a nightmare.
