breakfast was great. service was really
good. location was great
bedrooms have a bad smell.
not cigarette smell.
I think an “outdated/old basement smell”.
we got used to it.

La chambre est belle et assez petite. La propreté y est et le petit déjeuner est vraiment agréable.
Quelques équipements dans la chambre sont assze vieux.
2.0
bed soft. good pillows.
room dirty. coffee pot on night stand from last guest, still dirty. carpet filthy - made our feet black. dirty spots on sheets - we hope it was just stains... ugh! EWWWWW

Carpets were not clean. Staff was untrained and unfriendly

Good morning breakfast
A swimming pool that was not in working condition! Housekeepers that needs to speak English (This is Our language in America 🇺🇸).

Nothing
Rudest front desk, I go to check in and there was a sign that said back in 10 minutes. When I made my reservation it was for a night and a park and ride. I specifically called the location direct to make sure that was correct, I was told yes, I said I need to be at the airport at 4 am, do you run that early, I was told yes. When I get there I was told they would shuttle, but I could not leave my car there. I told the very rude clerk, that I was told that I could, other than stand there and stare at me, she offered no solution, no apologies for the wrong information I received from one of there employees. That left me scrambling on what to do with my car. Worse customer service. Pay a little extra and go down the road to get good service, cleaner, nice friendly at the Doubletree.

I liked the beds, they were comfortable. And the check in/check out times were reasonable
The hairdryer in my room didn’t work. Housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was asleep which was awkward.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
All was ok for the 1 night stay. Airport noise most of the night.

The only good thing about this property was their staff member “Ismael”. He was understanding and polite about my feedback in the morning then really helped several times on the phone when I thought I had misplaced my jacket. Great service & again Thank You!
Staff prior to changeover for the night shift were underwhelming, poor handling of bus pickup.
Hard to give the short location to the airport a positive with a long wait & rude driver. Great welcome to the USA.
The ONLY part of the common areas or room that felt remotely clean was the bathroom. Room had disgusting damp smell, that went nicely with filthy carpet in hallway & room. Luggage cart’s dirty & in need of maintenance.
I did let reception know that night about the smell and checked they had passed the room feedback to the morning staff. Another review mentions “junkies” that was dismissed by the property.
I can’t make the same assumption but after what I saw in the hallway & in the parking lot I encouraged them to review their cameras in the morning.
It’s been a long time since ie’v felt unsafe in a hotel anywhere let alone the USA.

Was not clean...at all :(

Breakfast was a nice surprise, nicer than I expected. Check-in and out was very quick and nice.
The TV was on when I first walked in and the room. No big complaints, very nice. It would have been nice to have bottled water to make the coffee rather than tap water. All of the hotels I stay at in Europe have bottled water to make coffee and tea.

the room was very spacious
room is showing it age - the bathroom door had water damage and would not shut without a lot of force, waking occupants up in the night when someone used the toilet. The main door lock took several pushes to latch. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until we returned from dinner finding the room open.

L’emplacement
3 nights in a hotel without any cleaning of the room; never seen this .

Reasonable price.
Toilet kept clogging up and I had to go to the front desk to get a plunger and unclog it myself.
Shower head was broken
Staff was unconcerned and indifferent

The main reasons I picked the quality inn was the proximity to the airport, and the swimming pool. When I asked about the pool during check in, the child working at the counter informed me that "it's being remodeled I think?" Also the entire floor reeked of Lysol.

Breakfast good, location what we wanted.

great location and friendly staff!

24 hour gas station next door and a free 24/7 airport shuttle (call the hotel for pick up)

Doors were open, even though there was a major blackout.
Unfortunately, a storm nocked out all power and power was not restored until very late. No HVAC, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave or Wi-Fi.

Overall, the accommodations were good. The manager was helpful, especially knowing that I arrived in the middle of the night after an extremely long flight delay.
The rugs!! They were dirty and there was some sort of extremely allergenic agent within--stronger at the entrance but still present in the room. I noticed that even the night clerk and the manager had symptoms consistent with allergy.
9.0
proximity to the airport
not many places to eat around

getting an 11 week old GSD in and settled at 11pm
no eats around

clearly, it’s an older property; but it’s had some upgrades, was clean and comfortable. the staff was very helpful and courteous. The full breakfast was a surprise and nicely done.
the shower made me nervous. I think a grab bar would be a small way to ensure safety. anyone can slip in a tub or shower.

The code of conduct at this motel is the worst I've ever seen!

Great location especially if you are going to or coming from the airport and/or getting onto I80!
It was clean, friendly staff and the breakfast selection was pretty good too.
There were only 2 floors and we were on the 2nd however it sounded like an elephant was above us most the night stomping around. And just FYI there’s no fast food close by besides gas stations. But no real negative comments on the property
