The pool was cold and small and beds uncomfortable and a small bathroom sink

No breakfast

had to call for housekeeping to clean my room after 2 days.

I’ve stayed here for years. I live the location, rooms are clean, bathrooms have tubs not just showers, and it’s near all the best restaurants if Little Italy, and not far from the airport.
I like it all.

location. close to Little Italy area
overnight parking is $45 per night. breakfast is not included for booking.com bookings. they apparently don’t have maid service. i stayed 4 days and room was never cleaned.

The location and the price
The room was a little bit old

The location was very good, and the coffee in the restaurant was delicious.
Parking on site was $45. Also, booking on a third party booking website was not worth while in this case. The price on the hotel website was the same and included breakfast, which we didn’t get.

Great location. Lots of potential in the common areas and restaurant, but a little quiet
Rooms were a little tired and could be cleaned up in terms of scuffing, floors in bathroom. Bedding was clean and comfortable

The attendant that checked us in on Friday did not have any customer service skills at all. The valet almost lost my key and I had to wait 20 minutes.

I like that it was close to our event.
The valet guy was extremely rude, yelled at me, and literally wouldn't park my car until i was checked in, but I was trying to check in! Then our credit card was charged 250 for a deposit.... an extra 150 dollars, and we were told it included someone else's parking! My husband reached out several times about this, and the manager NEVER called him back! I will never stay at this place ever again. I understand that my parking was 45 dollars, which should be free when you're a hotel guest! Then our event started at around noon and I was charged 50 dollars for early check in! I don't mind but it's the 150 extra that they tried to keep that included another person's vehicle that wasn't mine. I came alone and only had my vehicle. The girl at the front desk was nice but allowed the valet to be rude to me. Like I stated.. I'll never stay there again. Watch put for all the "hidden" charges

the location is nice
it’s not that clean. the room i booked wasn’t even available so i got a smaller room and paid the price of a bigger room and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. for being a dog friendly hotel, there aren’t any dog relief areas on the site or outside around the site. so of course, there’s dog piss and crap in some areas on the hotel site, like the parking lot and hallways. the rooms are super dated. i got stuck with a queen basic room (i booked a deluxe king room with a balcony) and the room they gave me was TINY. besides being in a nice location, i wouldn’t stay here again. for what they charge here, you can stay somewhere else that’s a lot cleaner and nicer. oh and i got a random charge on my card from this hotel. it’s not for the parking, deposit or pet fee. i called them and they said they’re not sure and were super unhelpful.

nice location and balcony
let me start off with the parking situation! valet parking is $45, yes, $45!! which is so expensive. room was nice and small. I booked king room with balcony view. nice view. I would suggest having better locks for the sliding door since the balconies are very close to one another, someone can just hop over and go into the room through the balcony. other than that it was an okay stay. loved how there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker inside room.

the location of this property in Little Italy was great. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance.
It was like going on a date from a dating app…the pictures look way nicer than the actual property! The lobby was nicely remodeled, but once you get out of the elevator to go to the rooms, it was like a Motel 6. The rooms are very dark, dated and had to ask for a blanket as there was only a sheet on the bed. The walls were dirty and dingy. The maintenance crew would roll their carts up and down the hallways late at night and early in the morning. It was very loud! I will definitely not be back, nor would recommend this hotel.

Great location. You can walk to India street and up and down little Italy. Clean rooms.
Limited staff, so I had to go to the front desk for anything we needed for the room. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the planes in the flight path so it might be uncomfortable.

The elevator didn’t work, the room was old and bad. Our bathtub kept leaking. They charged us $90 for parking and then to top it all off they charged me $110 dollars for getting make up on their cheap towels. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had Im incredibly disappointed
