The room and facilities were good.
Problems with the reservation mis name through Booking.com.
So called "FREE" breakfast
was not FREE. $20 credit applied to billing and the least expensive plate on the menu costs $16 and most in the $25 - 30 range

no ice machine, pool was tiny, called 3 times and waited over 30 mins for towels that never came. lobby refused to make or sell any coffee at 11 am due to short staff. no room service and front desk did not answer when we tried to call! charged $50 fee to “check in early so that we could pay $40 to park before 3 pm

Everything was perfect although I asked to check in early and was going to be charged 100. Also asked to checkout late and was told I’d be charged 100. I get it if you were sold out but not even close to sold out. Was charged 37.00 a day for parking regardless if the garage filled up or not.
All the additional fees. Guest should get to park for free!
