Nice place, but no free breakfast, and had to change rooms because the shower didn't work.

Mix up with booking.com and facility that breakfast was not included. Receipt showed breakfast included. We paid for breakfast on day. After that still an issue on day two,but received free breakfast and checked out early day three

Could not find staff when we needed them. Would not answer the phone at the front desk. They must have been sleeping.

The food was relatively basic but the price was to high. Portion control was strictly enforced.
Some menu options weren’t available at all. Not a lot to say in a positive way. Disappointed
The bathroom had low pressure water.
The room wasn’t intended for a regular customer but rather a disabled person. The shower was unacceptable for the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend this Holton to anyone.
I was locked out of the hotal twice because the card reader wasn’t working properly.

water was hot towels were clean
property was under roof repair. no tv. bed was lumpy. toilet seat was broken. hand held shower holder was broken let shower handle fall. ac unit was very loud. morning breakfast line had a broken toaster so no warm bagel or toast. this was my 2nd bad experience with this chain in as many months. premium prices for very poor experience. other properties I am sure offer better values.

i felt we were priced gauged due to graduation. Seriously, This was not a $500 a night hotel. Hilton should not take advantage of their long term customers.

Carpet in room was very loose. Trip hazard. Shower water was scalding, could only barely turn water on or it would scald you. Poor water pressure and shower head.

Location was horrible. Minimal signage. Evening bar staff was more interested in their laptop than waiting on customers. It took 3 calls to the front desk to get fresh towels.
Most everything. There were cordial staff members, mainly morning desk staff and housekeeping. No free cocktail hour or breakfast. Every other hotel we stayed at on this trip had free cooked breakfast. The Drury has free dinner, beer and wine, at a lower rate.

On arrival at the property there was a conflict with our meal package verification. Front desks 'miss Fredrica and Supervisor Mr. Auburn' could not confirm the information on their system as booking.com information was different from theirs; I had a picture of my reservation clearly showing that breakfast was supposed to be included but verification numbers were not matching. Fredrica and Auburn were extremely professional, apologized every step of the way for the mix up and took every measure to ensure that my family and I had breakfast throughout our stay. Breakfast was awesome for our stay. good selection, centrally located and staff were very welcoming. Waiter Kelvin went above and beyond for all guests and did so with a positive attitude and showed much pride in his role at the hotel. Kelvin's smile and personality made mealtime seem like a trip to Vegas. He was big with laughs and hospitality. I WOULD DEFFINATE STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN FOR EVENTS IN TALLAHASSI FL.
Checking in was cumbersome due to computer system being very slow to bring up information, crashing and not accepting card information. However front desk staff quickly turned all the negatives into clear positives as they addressed all the problems and our concerns. What I did not like was the fact that my stay at the hotel wasn't longer.

Check out was delayed because hotel could not bill booking.com. I had to call booking.com and they in turn called the hotel to sort out the charges.

very poor service, i requeste 3 extra pillows at check in, required due to my back situation, front desk just flatly told me there are non available, less than halve the rooms were taken that night.
Breakfast was awful, stale danish pastry, dry bread, omlet was ok.
Server tried but had nothing to improve the quality of several days old pastries.

the place was clean and comfy. the morning cooking staff was amazing.
I made sure my check in was 3pm since we were in a time schedule for a wedding. we had to travel over 7 hours to get there. Once arriving I was told the room was ready. when I asked if they knew when it would be ready bc we were in a time crunch, the front desk employee rolled her eyes and “uh don’t know”. I said ok can I use a rest room bc I have to start getting ready for a wedding and I need some counter space. I was told “no” I couldn’t do that. so they have a dining room in the lobby so I started unpacking then on the table to try and save time. about 45 mins in from being late in check in I go and ask if the room was ready and another lady told me the room has been ready. I let her know that my mother in law was checking in she did have her confirmation info bc I booked it and sent it to her. we get a call about 20 minutes later from my mother in law and she is very upset. the same front desk person that gave me a hard time also said there was no rooms booked for her and told her she could leave. I went down there and showed them the same thing i sent my mother and they found it. this was Friday and then in Saturday we were at the venue getting ready and we got a call from my brother who also got a room there. saying they got there and got checked in I asked him what floor he was on and he said the 2nd floor and room 207. the issue was that was actually our room. thankfully we caught it before they went in and freaked out. we had to call the hotel and let them know we are in that room and they paid for their own room. on Sunday check out the same lady that was rude was there and I let her know what was going on all she said was “uh ok”.

Fairly recent construction
Room smelled of urine, broken coffee maker in room, no room bed daily turn-over service ( new towels, cleaning, freshening up), internet service was broken, no continental breakfast as advertised, no front-desk staff in the morning ( door closed , no bell, no notice, waited 20 mins and asked staff to find someone to check me out ).
