Staff was great. Very helpful. Loved the shuttle service.
They were great about filling my ice but I didn’t like to go downstairs for it.

Power went out twice, bfast not that great. Dinner was not that good. I would stay there but eat some other place.
Food. Not good. Flatbread pizza burned, salad was 5 pieces of wilted lettuce.

It had nice beds and pillows. Very quiet.
Front desk attendant didn't know if there was an onsite laundry room. Didn't know where the ice was or if there was ice. Every question we asked he didn't know or was very unsure of his answers.
Room had ants in the windowsill! Curtin was broken. Knowing I had a dog with me and knowing I am w/c bound and knowing we had a hurricane coming and that we were evacuating.......why would you put me on the 3rd floor????? Electricity went out and we had no way to get food in the morning or walk the dog. My husband has had 2 heart attacks and is 71. He is unable to go up 3 flights of stairs. I was already scared of the storm coming up our way.

The friendly staff
Old air-conditioning units, Pet smell and dander throughout room. Rooms and hotel seem old, like aloft slapped a coat of paint and some ikea furniture together.

Coffee was fine, did not eat.

Great location for graduation ceremony. The staff was friendly.
The rooms were very average. The bathroom was not very private and was very basic. It was way overpriced but we did not have many options.

Main interest really nice and welcoming
The bed had a BIG YELLOW URIN STAIN ON THE MATTRESS 😡 I hade to move to another room in the middle of the night. I don’t understand how they can just change the linen with the mattress looking how it did .. my card had 2 different charges $159 and $459 and only had 1 room for 1 night and no one was able to explain to me how this happened. I was just told I will receive a refund 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I LOVE that it is pet friendly. I brought my little dog to see a specialist nearby for a knee surgery.
I, also, LOVE that the hotel works with the Human Society and that 2 little dogs were there for adoption. God bless y’all and I hope they get adopted.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Good location (we were coming off the interstate but traveled downtown to this property because it was pet friendly with no fees and had great reviews). Design of the hotel is modern and "industrial" but suited us perfectly. Hotel is truly pet friendly--our pup (an 85-lb boxer) was welcomed in all areas of the hotel, including the lobby and the bar. We were delighted to find the bar and food options available until midnight, and the voucher for breakfast had some good options (though a little more variety would be great). Overall we were delighted by the facility and the staff, and if we need a spot to stay in Tallahassee again, this will be our hands-down choice.
Mattress was a little springy, but that's personal choice. Light switching in the rooms is confusing--would be nice to have a nightlight option in the bath area to turn on without waking up your spouse/roommate. Bedside tables are great to have both USB and power on both sides, but the connections should be on top of the table, not below--getting on the floor to plug stuff in to charge seemed a bit silly. Overall incredibly minor things--hotel is highly recommended.

Location was awesome. Bar was convenient. Pups in the lobby was charming, we pet them every time we walked by.
Traffic and noise was annoying.

Young staff, very cool atmosphere. I missed my connection to Tallahassee and Contacted the hotel. I was only charged for two nights and not three. Excellent.
WiFi did not work for me...probably as I am British...network certificate unsafe. However, I just used my global data device instead

Our daughter loved the dogs! She had the best time waking them around the lobby. The staff was so welcoming, kind and accommodating. The outdoor pool area was cute and the lobby felt fun and clean.
Can’t think of a thing!

clean and dog friendly
front desk staff was very unfriendly, didn't explain us anything about the hotel, she gave me the key and answer my questions with a bad actitud :(

Pet friendly, central location in Tallahassee, the staff were all very friendly.
The pillows were a bit on the softer side for my taste, but otherwise there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Nice location. Bar was nice spot to chill and hang with our party.
I feel like the hotel was an older one at one point, and had renovations, so some areas you could tell were older (caulking, old ac unit, etc.).
The room was a little small for the premium price.

A great location. Downtown walking distance to so much. Cool design of a hotel with a pool and parking. A full bar and casual coffee bar with light food make this a good spot to hang out . Rooms were nice design with comfortable beds...
Only and minor trouble was the housekeeping did not check the refrigerator and there was a bunch of food left behind by the last person and the shampoo bottle was empty ... All else was pretty good
