They could do better by loyal customer

We had to move our Room date to September 8th, due to a concert being cancelled, no problem but when we got to the hotel they said I had to pay extra $100.00, mind you this room was already paid for months ago. Then to top that off after we checked in, we find out the concert was canceled again nothing else to do but enjoy the town. They could have offered us a free night in the future since we have made this our go to hotel.

Loved the hotel but won't stay there again because of the noise problems.

The location was great! Within walking distance of restaurants and the campus. The room was great - loved the sitting area and the kitchen area.

Our room overlooked the main street and there were cars revving their engines and playing loud music (very loud) until 3am. It was one of the worst nights for sleep we have ever had. Loved the hotel but won't stay there again because of the noise problems.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good , but location wasn't too much noise.

We had to change rooms twice because of the cleanness, they had blood in the sheets, the Carpet is dirty, the cleaning wasn't good. My family was very disappointed.

Rooms were clean. Stagg was great

Luggage stolen from car in parking lot. Shocked there was no camera at all covering the huge outdoor garage with no security after 2am

Disgusting rooms nice staff

The location was convenient to where our daughter is moving

The cleanliness is terrible in the room. We had to change rooms because of how disgusting and how many stains the 1st room had and the 2nd room was not much better. Floors were beyond sticky, soda spilled next to the bed down the wall. Paid more than this place was worth by far. We will never stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable!!!!!! Everything else, including staff, was just wonderful!!!!!

Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Staff was super friendly. Even just in passing they would speak to you & make conversation in the elevators. Rooms are very nice & clean. Would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t really like. Elevators were a little loud when inside them, but not bad.

Charges extra $20 for parking per day. Also, we were charged for the city tax. The furniture was a little old.

The bed was like it hugged me better then a man can. The breakfast was good there was bacon.. The people that worked there was wonderful. Plus the $20.00 a day for parking in an secure parking lot in which was close to entrance. And yes there is a security guard watching your car.

What i didn't like was it was such.an short time there.

Will be looking for a different experience from Marriott next time.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff who served/cleaned that was exceptional!!! The location to FSU and all of the activities we had to attend was perfect! There were two male managers (mainly night/evening management)at the front desk who were helpful throughout our four day stay.

There were two front desk young females who were always on their phones when we were moving in and out of the lobby area throughout the four day stay. They were annoyed when we had to ask a question or request items or information. Visibly rolled their eyes at me more than once. I also actually witnessed one of them treat and elderly woman with an attitude and annoyed voice tone. Tired of seeing young "professional" positions on their devices while interacting with the public and hotels like the Marriot, should consider a policy on it. The bathrooms need a major update in this hotel. The space is great but bathroom tub/sink area way outdated. The price, was gauged for graduation weekend. I had another family member book the same four nights and receive a MUCH MUCH better rate than we did. Yes, we compared bills upon check-out.
