Close to airport
Bathroom was not that clean

Staff was fabulous and the lobby is inviting. Breakfast is a good value and their scrambled eggs are yummy. Waitstaff was lovely.
Pool area is full of old mattresses. Fitness room is “meh.” Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned before I arrived. Carpet is gross and full of stains. Pillows should definitely have an allergy pillow case, in addition to a regular pillow case, both should be changed after each guest. There should be a bit more attention to preventing pillow funk🤢 My view was awful and uninviting.
I wish the breakfast potatoes were fresh, not frozen.

We didn’t think it was appropriate to have to pay for breakfast.

It was clean & the staff were friendly
The bathtub was ridiculously narrow. If you are going to put in a bathtub that small, don't bother& leave it as a shower. I was not told that there is no housekeeping service. I finally saw a very small sticker in our room, but the front desk should have told me. The hotel ran out of hot water daily. The restaurant in the lobby was way overpriced. The towels were rough and some of them had holes. The back door was broken so we had to walk through the hotel to get to our room. I also believe they charged me more than the rate I was quoted

The location was close to Ikea which was our main purpose for our quick trip to Seattle.
Unfortunately, the pool has been permanently shut down although the listing photos still show a very nice pool and hot tub. I asked for a partial refund since the whole reason we stayed here was to swim.the hotel has chosen to ignore my multiple requests. And also added a bogus charge to my card. Terrible customer service. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and a comfortable room. mattress and pillows were very comfortable.
Breakfast was very expensive for what received. Most hotels have complimentary breakfast. no coffee refill offered and coffee lukewarm.

The front desk was hands down amazing and caring and I won't stay anywhere else now when I'm out that way.
The ac kept coming on even though we had it turned to heat

the pool and hot tub had been closed

Front desk guy was great. Very friendly and great restaurant recommendations. The lady the next morning was so-so and didn't really listen.
Listing said hot tub, but we got there with swimsuits and sign said hot tub and pool were permanently closed. Grrrr. Also, it's in a business park/suburb, yet they still charged us $7/night for parking (??). The lot was not even close to half full. Felt like nickel and diming, especially after they could have waived that fee since they had false advertising about the hot tub. Overall, we'll stay somewhere else next time, I like Hilton's but no desire to stay at this location again.

not much we had to pay for parking that was not said when I booked the room and we get there the hot tub didn’t work and the pool dirty
everything

The fact Of showing up to find out the pool was closed which was the main reason we rebooked at this location for a basketball tournament and then the Wi-Fi was down the whole time we were there . Our first room the tub was clogged when we went to run the water to take a shower and that should have been something “Housekeeping “ should have caught upon cleaning the tub.Upon checking out I asked why I had these charges on my account when I know what the total was including the tax and then the lady at the front desk told me I was charged for parking and I tried to explain the last time we stayed we were not charged for parking and she went on to say it’s under new management and that the previous staff didn’t do a good job enforcing that rule. In which I understood but if we stayed at the hotel why would we pay when all the spots were just open and not covered makes no sense .

jacuzzi was out of order, breakfast was not included, had to pay for parking, even though it was an outdoor parking lot, and the cost was high.
