Just what I wanted

I went here to hide and it was very effective. Whole place feels like a liminal space.

The room was large and dark, nice and quiet. It's a fairly isolated area, so no trouble to worry about; it's a great place to hide.

At the bottom of a giant hill, don't bus here. There was no hot water in my room, but it seemed to be an outlier so I wouldn't factor that into your decision making process.

felt unsafe

The staff was very unprofessional and we got there 45mins after check in time and our room wasn’t ready. There were also people that played loud music and drank outside and they weren’t reprimanded.

They have cancelled the booking although was paid and confirmed. Taylor Swift in town, think this is the way to make bussiness… Never answered the phone after to help

Good staff, Bad hotel

The staff was great!!

No hot water, heater didn't work in first room. Lots of freeway noise. Uncomfortable beds and nowhere for two people to sit.

the building is old and run down. the deposit is over priced for the type of room. people were being super noisy.

Was not satisfied. Hotel was noisy. Will never stay there again!

Breakfast was good.

The room was dirty. I had a pay a security deposit that was equal to one nights stay. I have never had to do that. I left the room clean and never received my deposit back. Many of rooms had signs on the door the water would be shut off soon. As someone who lives in the area I was embarrassed that we have such poor quality hotels in a such a wealthy area

Okay for the price, but could be improved upon

Priced competitively for "outer" Seattle and located a reasonable distance from 2 park & ride carparks Actual beds were hot and miss (one very comfortable, one not) Reception staff were friendly Coffee in reception McDonald's/Starbucks/Subway in the next carpark over.

Rooms not clean Bedding didn't fit so became untucked overnight and my daughter ended up in a tangled mess by morning. Main door to the room didn't fit properly, so there was a draft & lots of road noise from the very busy, very large road right outside

Cheap

Inexpensive, next to some shops/restaurants, free parking and WiFi. The staff were helpful.

The room was very well not cleaned, especially the floor. Bedding was ok.

Front desk lady, Cece was beyond helpful and kind! made my extended stay an easy process and put a smile on my face

nice staff, clean and comfortable beds. cant hear the freeway from the hotel

our second day staying there, 7 police officers were surrounding the building looking for and obviously dangerous criminal. not sure about the safety here honestly
