This place is OLD, DIRTY CARPET and SMELLY. People with breathing problem should stay away from here

Location is close to South Center Mall, Bellevue and many restaurants but the bridge that goes across the freeway is closed for construction, so you have to drive an extra mile to go across the freeway.

This place is old, dirty and very SMELLY! as soon as we walk pass the door we was shock by the old dirty hall way and the molding smell. The elevator is dirty and old too. Our room was worst, the smell of urine are strong. My wife was sneezing, short throats and running nose for days. My friend stay at another room up stair has same problems too. We came home for 2 days now and both still so sick with fever. Fyi, there is a $10 per day for parking .

Pleasant time.

Rooms were nice. People were nice.

I did not get new towels or my garbage taken out the entire 6 nights which was weird and started to make the room smell funny.

We booked thru an agent and not via your website. We were charged $10 a day for parking. Nowhere in all my paperwork did it indicate such parking fees. When I asked the clerk on 8/6/23 why, hev said let me see your paperwork. He found nothing. He said it’s on our website. I told him I didn’t book via your website. He wouldn’t take the $40 off the bill. Very bad practice for any business to put hidden charges that are not listed when booking.

We chose to stay here becuase we had a great expericne at a Sonesta Suite property in Huntington Bea

I liked the size of the suite, which is the main reason we chose to stay there with our young children. We chose to stay here because we had a great experience at a Sonesta Suite property in Huntington Beach CA. This one did not measure up.

Rooms weren't cleaned once in a three-day stay. I have stayed at many hotels since the end of covid and at least one day there is a proper cleaning. The pool which was supposed to be open was closed for maintenance. (out of their control I understand) We were allowed to use the indoor pool at their sister hotel but it was barely heated. Our kid's lips were blue after a 25 min swim. The lady who checked us in was polite, but the front office was a mess, there was someone else's sign-in guest sheet with all their personal information just sitting on the counter and wasn't notice until I was given mine to fill out.

Nicely built property but very short-staffed and moreover it seemed the staff couldn't care less!!!

Room was good.

Waited 2 hours at the airport for the shuttle. Was provided incorrect phone number through booking.com chat for contacting the hotel which resulted in lot of confusion. Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Waited another 15 minutes to get a luggage cart but no one could find it-- staff were VERY unhelpful.

Won’t be staying here again

Huge rooms.

The first room was nasty, dirty toilets with leftovers in them. Smelled of smoke in the entire hotel. Changed rooms, that one smelled of smoke as well. And very hard beds.

Exceptional

I love that you have a private little kitchen in the room. and everything you need to cook a basic meal. super comfy beds and Netflix on the TV! traveling so much I know how to appreciate the little things. they also have free popcorn available every night!

had an issue with my prepay to booking. Sonesta had no ecord at check in. Continued getting daily charges for four out of 7 days. front desk rep was rude. ops mgr very helpful. never had room cleaned during 7 day stay. just frustrating!

Great place with all the amenities of home… Except for paying for parking.

The kitchenette is always a plus. The property itself is clean and tucked away from busy traffic. I also like that they offer free washers and dryers.

they stopped providing paper towels and dish soap. They also started charging $10 a day PLUS TAX for parking which I’m NOT a fan of. They never used to do this… This is not an area where parking is at a premium. This expense added almost $100 to my stay which I felt was misleading.

Rooms a little dated and worn. Oven not fully functional. Dog fee is excessive, considering that nothing is really provided for them.

First impressions the outside of the building was dirty there was trash near the entrance. Once in our rooms very clean.
