Good if you have business near the Presidio

I felt the bed was comfortable and the room fairly spacious and well stocked.

It's hard to get a hold of anyone on-site.

This motel served the purpose of an overnight with friends for a reasonable price in a safe location.

Inexpensive, free parking (first come, first served), proprietor was nice, showerhead was excellent.

On a bus route, so a bit noisy, some older fixtures could use upgrading/replacing.

Location close to golden gate bridge & on lombard street close to lots of restaurants etc

Very noisy, paper thin walls. Pillows were flat as pancakes

Location, free parking, staff was attentive. Daily and amazing housekeeping.

Parking is minimal and first come first serve. The first night the ice machine did not work but it was fixed the next day.

Didn't stay.

Everything. Not safe. Unfriendly. Told manager about the issues and that we couldn't stay there. Would not refund.

Great if you need a quick, short stay.

Good location to Presidio and Marina restaurant and shops

There's a bus line that goes by every 30-60 minutes. Not too noisy, but if you're sensitive to it it can wake you up when the line starts around 6 am

the front receptionist was rude, the owner was rude.

nothing. staff was rude. they don’t take cash. they wanted $300 deposit.

Disappointing

The location of the hotel is nice.

The cleaning could be better. The parking don't have space for all the rooms. The worst thing is the noise from other rooms, as the construction don't have acoustic isolation.

Clean and comfortable and a good value. Some parking available but it's tight.

The check in window makes it feel like a sketchy motel, even though the rooms are fairly nice.

Good

This place is a good deal. You get a big room, for a good price. The host is absolutely helpful and responsive. The place is clean. The bed is ok. Close to good restaurants and groceries. The area is safe.

Beside that it was nice stay, it's a motel. You get what you paid for. Everything is a bit run down. Not the nicest place on earth. But still great value, I recommend to stay here just keep in mind the limitations. The pillows are really not comfortable. You get the cable but no Netflix is available.

It is what it is. It’s a great bargain for a SF motel in a great location but you get what you pay for.

Great location. inexpensive.

They would only provide 1 door key between the 2 of us. That was their policy. Only about 7 parking spots for about twice that number of rooms so while it was free parking it was a challenge to get a secure spot. Headboard of bed was all scratched up like animals had attacked it.
