It was located next to convention center.
Parking in the garage was tight. The lines btw cars was too narrow.

The hotel was nice
I was treated unfairly and I had to leave , They were unprofessional

It has many different options to buy stuff and eat without leaving the hotel. Good location as well.
Might be too crowded with convention folks but it did not bother me at all.

The property was beautiful
I did not like the fact we were not advised of parking and the fact that the guard gave my husband such a hassle. I wasn’t happy at the fact all the parking was in the back side of the building and I have a handicap parking decal and it’s not close.

everything, clean , perfect location

The employees, including maintenance and cleaners were extremely nice and friendly. They are the single reason I gave above a 1 star. The room was clean, but it’s a typical hotel room, nothing particularly special.
I think many of the high ratings have 1. Never stayed in a hotel before so don’t have anything to compare it to or 2. Were given perks or incentives to leave high reviews.
I’ve stayed in 50+ hotels in the past few months for travel, and this is one of the worst I’ve been to.
There are numerous flaws in this hotel that scream sketchy business practice. This hotel is essentially a Super 8 Motel wearing a Gucci belt.
The first flaw being that customers are forced to pay outrageous prices for parking. This is explained in fine print on their website, but not while booking through Booking.com. The charge per night is $30 with tax to park in the parking garage, and over $40 for a valet. If you decide to park yourself, be prepared to walk a half a mile from the parking garage to get to the elevators in the hotel to take you to your room. This also means, if you park yourself, good luck getting any assistance with bags, because you have to walk through the entire hotel to get to the lobby.
The next flaw: the air conditioning simply doesn’t work. For a hotel that seems to think it’s 4 star, it’s awfully cheap. Meaning as a paying guest, you cannot choose the temperature in your room. They want you to THINK that you can, but ultimately it doesn’t work. It was extremely stuffy in my room. I set the AC to 65 degrees just to try and cool it off, and it would blow for 5 minutes and shut off. I think there is an internal mechanism preventing the rooms to be cooler than 72. This repeated the entire night, which was extremely disruptive to my sleep. It was either listen to the unit struggle to kick on and off every few minutes, or suffocate from the stuffy heat.
Hopefully if you’re staying here, you don’t like to take showers, because there is no hot water. The water was turned almost entirely to hot, and it was lukewarm. I wish this was an exaggeration.
Also, there is an impressive number of restaurants on site, but good luck finding anything to eat after 9pm.

The girl that checked me in was very nice and professional and she explained everything I needed to know without me having to ask her. The room was very big and clean! But, the view had to be one of the best things about this hotel. We were on the top floor and the view of Orlando was breathtaking!…Also worth noting that it is in a very convenient location.
No complaints!

The location
The hotel charge you $25 parking fee per day.. and the distance between the parking lot and the lobby is too long.

This is a beautiful property with a lovely, welcoming lobby that was decked out for the holidays. My husband and I were visiting family and were glad for the peace and quiet, spacious room, and comfortable bed. There were also so many pillows of varying softness that both my husband and I could put together a pillow combination for the best sleep. Our view from the twenty-second was great! We even saw nightly Sea World fireworks nearby and tiny Disney World fireworks in the distance. Between visiting family and friends, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed reading by the pool with a few berry basil cocktails and tasty blackened Mahi sandwiches from Harry's. We also appreciated the in-room Google Chrome Cast so we could stream Netflix from our iPad while we were winding down for the night. My husband and I would stay at the Rosen Centre again in a heartbeat.
When we first checked in, the thermostat in our room wasn't working. We called downstairs and maintenance arrived immediately—as it turns out there were no batteries in the thermostat, so it was an easy fix.
When my husband and I charged drinks to our room, the bartender at Harry's walked over to our poolside spot and let us know there was no credit card registered to our room. I was surprised because I provided my credit card with my driver's license at check-in. I stopped by the front desk to give them my credit card again and ensure it was saved in the system.
Self-parking was a little confusing—we registered our vehicle at check-in by filling out a small info sheet. A few days later, a security guard at the self-parking booth warned us that our car would be towed if we didn't use the QR code method. We had to go back to the front desk to verify that our vehicle was properly registered. All parking security agents need to be made aware of both methods of vehicle registration (registration sheet or QR code) to eliminate any confusion.
