It wasn’t horrible for the price I paid.

The shower was nice and hot, ac worked amazing, fridge was nice having a full size, very fast and easy check in process.

Well we had a broken light in our room. Some stains on the carpet, only was given 2 towels for 4 people. And we weren’t aware there was no coffee machine or complimentary kitchen stuff. We also had an incident which wasn’t anything bad on the hotel itself but a little scary to experience with having a child with us. There was a car purposely trying to ram into another car going around the second building of the extended stay. Until the one car couldn’t move much and lost a tire and they took off running out the vehicle.

Terrible.

There were roaches in our room. It smelled terrible, the hallways were dirty, and multiple broken things in our room.

Disappointing

It was clean enough.

The hotel needs refurbishing. Everything is old , worn and somewhat broken. The mattress was worn out, the bathtub and tiles need replacing etc.

The lady manager on March 15th helped me out a lot.

I was scheduled to check in on March 14th and when I arrived I was turned away by the managers family member despite the fact I had a reservation. He marked it as a no show and I was charged. The next day I received a call saying there was a room and the manager that helped me on March 15th assisted me and I didnt have to sleep in my car again like I did on March 14th

The room served its purpose but wasn’t worth the money.

the location was good. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The sheets were clean along with the room.

the lobby wasn’t inviting at all. The room was definitely not worth 240 a night. The rooms is outdated and wore out.

Dont waste you money here.

They refunded the money for the nights we canceled.

The room was not what it said on the booking site. The room was disgustingly dirty, floors sticky, hair all over sink area, kitchen counter greasy, and beds didn't seem clean. No kitchenware like said, no toiletries like stated, no coffee pot, no wash clothes and only a half roll of toilet paper. This was the worst experience ever. Breakfast was a granola bar or a thing of oatmeal. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. 😡

Day 2 not as cool as day 1.

The bed, the TV, and the facilities. Nothing more to say here.

Makeup spots on the bathroom sink. Very spotty WiFi. Not as good as the last room.

Everything is quite and no drama or police I can cook in the room for my husband..

Very good

Location and staff was exceptionally courteous. Building had a lot moisture but you could see things were being done to help that and there were also new carpets being put in.

Have own food. That's why i chose extended stay, because of its kitchen

More cleaner front, door area, security, front Desk agent to know how to give directions to Hotel. Know the areas surrounding to welcome guests. Tourist attractions or, just passing through.
