Terrible

It felt like I was laying on a cement floor. And it was not comfortable at all. When you sit on the bed it sounds like you are on springs wrapper in plastic. The floor was very dirty. Mold on the windows. Drug dealers in the parking lot.

Don't show up early and expect them to hold your luggage until your room is ready.

Location to south beach; room size

Staff; lobby, elevator and other shared amenities outdated We got in town early (as noted when we booked) but they wouldn't hold our luggage until our room was ready, so my three kids and I had to take our luggage (3 rollers and 4 backpacks) to the beach with us. I've never stayed somewhere where they do not have the space to hold luggage. And they were quite rude about it.

Overall I would definitely book and stay here again. Staff was friendly and helped us when needed.

The room was very bright and clean…interior is a nice old building. Convenient to everything…was pretty quite for being on Ocean Dr.

Directions to the hotel take you to the alley out back. Elevator is old so we didn’t use it only but to move luggage…No fault of theirs it’s an old building.

Old and dirty!

I was very disappointed and had to check out after the first night. The rooms are very old and dirty. Didn't feel safe there, and you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms and especially outside. This hotel needs to be renovated before!!!

A very pleasant surprise!

we had an ocean view room it was exceptional for the cost, we couldn’t have been happier. The staff was very helpful in every way, from parking to recommending local restaurants.

the elevator was a bit challenging, I think it was older than me,but it worked.

Great location and clealy, pleasant room. very good value for a 3-star hotel. This was our second stay. we would return

Location, security, availability of late departure and (limited) room change.

Poor safety features: shower is an accident waiting to happen—no support holds, hard entry and exit, bad glass design. Toilet height impossibly low. When using seated, knees higher than hips and no hand hold to help rising. False fire alarms one entire morning with no automatic summons of fire department. No individual control for AC and temp kept very low.

DONT BOOK THIS TRUST ME VERY OLD!!!!!!!!!!

toilet didn’t flush and shower didn’t work plus bugs was in the shower

decent spot because it’s beat everything but the price I paid is to much for the actual value of the room

I like that we were right across the street from the beach and I had a nice view from my window

the elevator door was so heavy and the elevator inspection was expired. while opening the heavy spring door and struggling to get our luggage in the elevator the door slammed on my nails and broke them off. also there was a open bag of garbage with a plunger outside of our room door when we arrived 4 nights later it was still there. NO MICROWAVE so you can’t take back left overs and fridge is actually a freezer. if you plan on sitting or laying on the couches request blankets before touching they were stained every where.

Everything was a lie from the room size and there was no pool they lied about that

There was no Breakfast there

There wasn’t no pool the room was small and the bed was small didn’t look nothing like the flyer on booking . Com no beach view at all all we had was bricks to look at the parking was 50 a day

great value but needs some slight updates

view was phenomenal, location was perfect and room was very spacious

there is no way to regulate the temperature in the room so we froze all weekend. only thin sheets on the bed and air blows right on the beds. beds were hard and water in shower does not get hot.

It was awesome!

This was a really cute hotel in a great location!

There was very loud music from the restaurant below us until 1 am. But what do you expect, it's South Beach! It was all good though, we eventually got to sleep.
