The bathroom need an updated not enough storage for our bathroom Essentials need Better cleaning The windows should be cleaned from the outside so we can have a great view other than that everything was perfect.

What a rip off, waste of money and health risk!!!

Location

The apartment is is too small for even 4 people. There is no table to eat the food/meal in the kitchen. The bedrooms are very small and the small table with only 2 bar stools are not sufficient to have even a small breakfast. The apartment located on the first floor with a view over 6th street and Collins str. is extremely noisy. No way to sleep and have a rest at night. Too much noise coming from the street and from the hotel hallways. Besides, there must have been bed bugs in the apartment beds as bed bugs bites and allergic reactions resulting from them have appeared on the bodies of all 5 people staying at this apartment within 24 hours after checking out. We had to visit pharmacy few times to buy Hydrocortisone cream and bed bugs killer to spray all our clothes and belongings and wash them numerous times. What a waste of time and money! Horrible experience that ruined our vacation in Florida!!! Recommendation to all possible travellers to stay away from it

Don’t make the same mistake I did! find somewhere else!

the security guard was nice I liked him.

The place was a joke. I don’t know where to begin. small better if the bedrooms didn’t divide this small hotel room. it’s not for more than 4 ppl because the pullout takes up the whole kitchen and living area. the place was not clean. my son and daughter were bit by something every night. The cabinets and all furniture are white particle board. worried the bed is going to fall apart on you. The company that manages it said they had storage for our suitcases until the room was ready. went there they charge and were full and not even affiliated with the place. to sum it up run there are plenty of nice places and people to rent from do not make my same mistake!

Not much I guess the restaurant outside building

Everything beds uncomfortable wasn't clean when we came in but came back and it was fixed up. It's was nothing special like motel 6 look inside. found Crack pipe in bushes. Lost wallet had it returned thought how nice except whoever found it took pictures of if and cards waited 2 days to start booking rooms online shopping uber and adult person kitty outfits horrible stay.

Great value for your stay at S Beach!

Spacious for 4 people even though bathroom is pretty small. The location is unbeatable though so, at the end of the day, it's a great value for what you pay!

The location was perfect

The pictures was old maybe taken when first renovated. It had a strong mildew smell upon walking in. There was mildew in the bathroom. The kitchen was totally outdated. Bathroom look like it was spray painted. TV was so small couldn’t see the basketball game from the bed mind you room is not that big. Bugs flying around. Host was very responsive to my concerns which was good but apartment was nothing what I expected.

There were a lot of cosmetic issues, cracked bathroom tile, missing cap on toilet, outside of the refrigerator needed to be wiped. There was only one mirror in the entire apartment and the remote batteries needed to be change.

I love the location it is in the middle of everything, and it's conveniently located on Ocean boulevard, directly across the street from the beach.👍😊 The room had all the conveniences of home, and the beds were so comfortable.
