I would never return here.

Not much to like here.

Breakfast not included. Host was grumpy rude old man.

Felt scammed. Not a cottage.

Nothing. Nice bathroom but they're too cheap to put in hot water tank to use facilities properly. What's the point of a soaker tub if u can't soak in hot water. Even after everyone complains on reviews you think they would change it but no.

Motel style lodging. They have portioned a bungalow into multi use lodge. You do not get a private entrance it is right beside next room. I thought we were getting entire cottage as advertised but they misrepresent by not posting the pics that make it clear. Felt frauded and scammed. Dogs barking and can hear ppl next door. Even denied sending pictures I requested prior to stay to make it clear what was being rented.

We were not at the location for long periods which was good. I was not comfortable with outside.

Location was good.

Outside appearance was awful. Landscaping was not kept up at all and for the cost it should have been perfect.

An excellent place to spend a couple of days and close to all of the Anne of Green Gables sites.

The breakfast was excellent and probably the best we have ever had at a b&b. The hosts were both very good and interesting. The room was large and had all good furnishings and appliances. The shower and bathtub were top notch and a pleasure to use.

The owners had forgotten that we were arriving that day and our room was not ready. The rooms had a very stale and musty odor.

We would stay here again!

Loved the rural,quiet shaded location. Very good breakfasts with pleasant hosts. The room was comfortable with a king bed, updated bathroom and private entrance. We had nice conversations with Drew and Francis.

Great place to stay.

Drew and Frances were excellent hosts. Friendly, helpful with ideas of what to see. Having breakfast with other guests was lovely getting to know other people and hear their stories. The room was comfortable and the location great. The breakfast each morning was great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Bathtap we could not really use as the Boiler is too small. There is simply not enough hot water to use the nice bath

Everything was just perfect!

One of the nicest accommodations we have ever had. The hosts are infinitely nice and help where they can. A 2-course menu is served every morning and it is delicious - and something new every day. The decor of the rooms is just beautiful! They know so much about the island and can give you great tips. We would come back anytime, it was a great stay!

drew and Beth was exceptional , they where very welcoming and we absolutely felt like home and the best part is the breakfast , freshly cooked meal, my wife is a vegetarian and they could accommodate her needs very well .

Ideal location to tour the Anne of Green Gables attractions.

Owners are very pleasant, location is close to Cavendish. Property was clean, the bathroom was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

The property is in need of some maintenance and externally the shrubs and bushes were very overgrown making the rooms very dark. Additional utensils are required in the kitchen, eg no measuring jug. A box of tissues would have been helpful.

Good place from which to explore PEI. Basic Bed and Breakfast for an excellent price.

The Room was excellent with comfortable bed, warm shower and heat controls for bedroom and bathroom. Breakfasts were good. The location was very pastoral and quiet.

We loved everything about this place! Frances made homemade breakfast every morning. All delicious and Drew was excellent waiter! Place was super clean and quiet. Very helpful with what to see and where to have a good meal! You will not be disappointed!😀

This is a wonderfully peaceful spot to stay and explore the island.

Quiet and comfortable, a delightful spot. Breakfast was fabulous and room was immaculate. We absolutely must return.

Shower didn’t have a lot of elbow room, but deep claw foot tub looked inviting. Even though we didn’t try it. 🙂
