This hotel is well located, just off the highway. The rooms are good sized and the breakfast is good. There is ample parking, including handicap parking.
I showed up at 2pm which is check-in time. The room was not ready. I asked for ground floor because I had a recent knee surgery. The only room that was offered to me was upstairs at the far end of the building. I went ahead and took that room. When I got to that room, the AC was not working and the landline was not working. I used my cellphone to call downstairs and asked for maintenance. The maintenance man came with no tools and fiddled with the plugs on the AC and the phone, and got them both to work. But, I still asked for another room on the main floor because of my recent surgery. I had to wait for a room to be made available. When I checked into that room, the AC and bathroom vent fan were not working. I learned to unplug the AC about every hour to keep it working, which was inconvenient, especially at night.
I stay in a lot of hotels. There is almost always something wrong in budget hotels, and this one is no exception. I was not happy about being offered a second floor unit (with no elevator) and at the far end of the building. I was not happy about both of the rooms that I was offered due to AC problems and other lessor problems. Maybe the room you get will have similar problems, maybe not.

It was close-is to the event I came for
Trashy. No coffee in room. No vent fan in bathroom. No bags for dirty clothes.
3.4
It was quiet and the room was clean and the price was right

Breakfast is basically not eatable at this place but you stay here is not for the breakfast, but for the easy access to the I25 highway and great Mexican restaurant in the front. The front desk and the guests are all very nice and old school, give you good feelings about Americans in this area, decent, kind and polite, reminds me the outback Aussies in my home country.
No lift, you have to drag your luggage to upper floor through the narrow stairs.

Check in staff were great. Our dog was only$15 extra.
Nothing.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was rude & didn’t even smile. I seen her yelling at other people that were staying there out in the parking lot because they were smoking.

The price! The bed was very comfortable. And coffee was good in the morning.
Everything was fine.

I would have liked more of a variety. Eggs and and so.e kind of a meat would've been great
Pricing could have been a little more cheaper

Going back home
The lack of hot tub and sauna was disappointing considering that was most of the reason I chose this place, the roaches are no fun either and the place smells really bad, the floor was sticky and the card keys only work sometimes. I am not a very picky person when it comes to rooms but this was unacceptable.

Bedrooms were newly remodeled, clean and
comfortable. Staff I encountered were very friendly.
While the rooms were updated the rest of the hotel is
in need of an update. hallways and bathrooms are old
and smell of smoke and are musty. Our room was
next to a hallway door that doesn’t need to be there
and you can just hear it slamming closed all night long.

Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great, which was all I needed for a quick nights stay. Kelly, who was at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
This place seems to attract low-lifes. People were hanging around outside, hanging around by their cars being loud, people yelling in their rooms. It was a bit bizarre and uncomfortable. Rooms seemed like they could be cleaner. The TV remote was very oily and didn't look like it had ever been wiped down.

Is very close to a Denny’s and a reportedly excellent Mexican restaurant
Bathtub did not drain well and was clogged with a massive hair plug which I removed myself. Tub and toilet area was very poorly done with caulk and paint all over. Air conditioner was weak. Room smelled very musty. Base of TV was cracked badly, as if someone had tried to steal it. Breakfast was bare bones - no eggs, no meats, no bread/toast. Just cereal, waffles, danish, and yogurt. In order to leave hotel area you have to travel a half mile away from where we wanted to go. The exit next to our room was constantly inhabited by smokers. Several seemingly homeless people seem to hang at the hotel around the clock.

reasonable.
The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a lot of homeless people hanging around. Very suspect feeling.
3.4
for the price paid (especially compared to other lodgings on my cross country trip) this was the worst accommodation and had the sketchiest people staying/hanging out there. expected way more.
3.4
Room size was good and spacious. Had desk and chair. Hotel staff was helpful
Concerned as about security. First time asked to give names of each guest over 18. Think there was drug dealing in parking lot. Signs a crowbar used on door. Would not have stayed there if we'd known about crime in this location.
