Okay. But a little bit lower than expected.

The location is good. Helpful front desk.

The shower tag is misleading. Blue for hot while red for cold...Besides, No slippers or hairdryer.

Petit déjeuner était copieux et à la hauteur de notre attente. La cuisinière était serviable et sympathique malgré la charge de travail

Par contre déçu du parking car il était écrit dans l'annonce est compris alors que finalement il était payant, et encore faut trouver une place.

Waited from 10.30pm till 1am for the staff to bring us sofa bed linens.

Not a good hotel

The location

Very incompetent staff. Talks bad about their colleagues and is too busy fixing their hair. Our room was not finished. Power sockets are hanging from the wall, the smoke detector has been ripped off, the very loud AC comes off the wall. Bathroom door does not close, and the door lock to the room was missing. Bathroom mirror was covered in cement and glue, ceiling was not finished. It looks like they canceled renovation to fill the room. Stains on the bed sheets and smelly pillows. Housekeeping ignores do not disturb signs. When we complained to get at least the drain in the shower fixed, nothing happened. The longest shower we could take was a minute. We complained again, and finally got a new room. This one looked finished but still everything seemed very flimsy and cheap.

it’s in a good location close to old Montreal and so many bars and restaurants.

it’s four stars Hôtel but no fridge in a room, blanket were dirty.

the lobby was nice

reception lost both our reservations. took them over an hour to get a room ready. new staff was left alone to handle a line up over over 10 people. every person checking in that we saw ran into some kind of issue.

The building was beautiful with acute attention to detail, super nice staff as well.

The advertised bar and restaurant were not in service. Parking was very limited and we had to pay for parking elsewhere.

It was a convenient location and comfortable room

We did not get parking at the hotel so we used the nearest public parking. And the sheets in the room were a little bit stained. Issue with the credit card update on booking.com that caused problems with our reservation.
