Do yourself a favor and find another hotel

Nothing, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

It looked like it had not been cleaned since it was opened in the 60s. I was greeted by coacroaches in the hallway as well as in the bathroom. There was blood and dirt in the walls, the smell was terrible, and the carpet and bedsheets were burned.

The courtyard was nice .

No working AC No working elevator Staff tried to check me out early because of the archaic system they use. Floors were slippery and dirty. Toilet ran all day and night.

Was very close to the places I went.

The person at the front desk was really rude, and it takes like 30 minutes to sing me in. By the end, they make me wait until they check the entire room. searching for anything broken or anything else. By the way, this wasn't the first time me and my family and I stayed in this place, but now it is really the last time, not going back again.

It’s cheap because it’s low quality

There’s wasn’t a TV in our room when it stated there would be. The wifi wasn’t available because the room was too far from the desk. The room smelled horrible and there were cracks in the walls. You also have to wait for them to let you inside to park and sometimes it would take minutes.

DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK!

Awesome gated underground parking. Working elevators. Clean courtyard. Good working wall AC and heat system.

No microwave in room. Swimming pool ice cold. Curtains smell like cigarettes. Room smells like cigarettes. Had to open tank lid of the toilet in order to flush. Horrible Wi-Fi. Wood floors stained and turned my white towel black when I cleaned it. Paint on walls discolored and fading. Super old and ugly headboards behind the beds- wood chipping. Hard mattress- can feel the springs in the bed. Top blanket disgusting and stinky. Awful staff, especially overnight Asian lady- super rude, short tempered and seemingly racist. Graffiti in every drawer and on some walls in the room. Elevator absolutely covered in graffiti- also felt very dark, erie and dirty inside. Loud emergency exit alarm in hallway that beeped every ten minutes. Also shower has very little water pressure and takes a while to heat up.

My stay was good in general. But it was cold and I couldn’t find heating or second blanket

I didn’t find the Inglewood very safe in general.

The front desk couldn’t find my room reservation the day of my arrival. I told her that I can spell my name again so we can be sure, she didn’t agree to spell again my name and she told me that maybe I made a mistake and I have booked a room in another hotel. I called her again and I told her my booking number and she told me that she can’t find my name and maybe I did a mistake with the hotels. She wasn’t very warm and kind. Then I needed to called booking.com costumer service and they helped me a lot but it was a transatlantic phone call so it was very expensive for me because I have an American number and booking.com telephone number is European number. Finally we found out that the front desk made a mistake and I didn’t hear from her. I needed to call her back to ask her again. it was a very anxious moment for me until I make sure that I will finally stay in that hotel.

Exceptional

Location very good, many foods nearby (walking distance) n near to airport, room spacious, staff very friendly, heater/AC, water heater, fridge, ice cube machine works well. Bathroom n towel clean.

Can't let check out( must 11am sharp), wish could be late check out (12 or 1pm).

This was the worse hotel have ever stayed in. Dirty, old, smelly.towels were dirty. Furniture falling apart. Bathroom had black stains on it. This hotel should not be in existence. We couldn’t even sleep or even take a shower and if course there was no option to cancel or upgrade. No one from booking.com to help us. This is the second hotel we get through booking.com which is unacceptable. We need someone to contact us right away!!!

This is Not a hotel that should be rented. Is a total health hazard. Smelly old and dirty!!!!!nothing works!!

DISGUSTING HOTEL

It was a crap

complete wastage of my money, The room was so cold and dark, the furniture was broken, The carpet had disgusting stains on it. It started to rain the day we checked in and the water was coming inside our room through balcony door while we all were sleeping and it made my daughter’s jacket all wet as It was kept close to that door. I even Complained to the front office but they didn’t do anything about it. only acted shocked as If they have no idea about it. It was a total nightmare staying at that garbage hotel. ThankGod I booked it only for one night ,our checkout time was 11 am but we left early morning.

It was near SoFi stadium and the receptionist was nice but that was pretty much it.

The building was old which wasn’t a problem however it was not kept up with which was a problem. Everything was dirty and felt uncomfortable. The AC had what looked like mold on it, the fridge had rust in it, the sink was awful, and more. Once we saw sprinkles of pee on the floor in the bathroom we knew we weren’t going to spend the night. Following our concert we grabbed our belongings and left. I’ve never been to a hotel/motel like this and it will be my last time.

Nancy cheated me out of my money. I was paying money in advanced. Nancy said I stayed 45 days and I came to CA August 20

Nancy told us we can stay for 14 days we had booked for one month when we arrived! The room we were in 212 the refrigerator never got cold and used to leaked water every where. the toilet had crack at the bottom and when flush the toilet, water will be all over. the cable kept messing up! Spectrum There is paint plaster on the walls one of the chair was broken
