L'homme à l'accueil était très gentil et serviable. L'emplacement est parfait pour LAX, proche de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont un peu vieilles mais elles sont propres et les lits confortables. Wifi gratuit et bonne qualité. Pour le prix, c'est très correct à LAX.

Close to the airport

It hasn't been cleaned for a while or they are on a cleaning strike...! Sheets and towels are dirty with marks all over them! And I won't talk about the bathroom and fridge (mold, etc...) If you need to sleep close to the airport, put extra bucks and find another place that will be at least clean! Expensive to stay in a dirty place

Extremely terrible stay

There was nothing to like about this property, it was very expensive for the service we got, no security and not a comfortable stay.

There was cockroach under the bedsheet, dirts on the carpet which was not cleaned before we moved, the bathroom smelled like urine, table and chair both were broken, one of the light bulb in the bedroom was not working

The room was so filthy the sheets were not wash the carpet was dirty the ceiling I was bad and the mattress was dirty

Don't stay here

The location was great.

The management was horribly rude the room had hair on the wall in the bathroom poop smeared on the wall was just a little bit but you could tell but someone has wiped it off their finger and it never got cleaned and refused to switch our room when we ask although the motel was almost empty

You get what you pay for. Great staff but the room wasn’t the cleanest.

The staff was super nice and the location was great especially for going to the forum for a concert!!

The cleanliness of the room, booked for 5 people and only received 2 towels! Bottom of beds were filthy, the curtains and floor had stains all over them.

Very dirty hotel

The guy working when we arrived was so drunk you could smell alcohol on his breath. He was very rude!!! And the rooms were being worked On so we didn't get what we asked for. The man also was very mean to our children that were staying there with us. The next day when we went to speak to him again it was the same with the smell of alcohol and it was early in the morning. The room was dirty we only had one towel in the room. There was still trash from previous people that had stayed there. Soap still in shower and the tub was black with filth still in it. Definitely not worth the price.

Comfortably cautious

The parking was free and there were carports to be out of the sun. It was quiet. All of my requests were met; like a smoking room and an upper floor.

The rooms are not remodeled. There was recently fresh paint in multiple colors that were kind of gaudy. They at least made an effort. The room was not clean hygienically speaking. Nothing a couple of cans of disinfectant spray and a gallon of bleach didn’t fix. So if you are a germaphobe like I am, be prepared to clean. Past all of that I did have a relaxing stay though.

Poor customer service,dirty location, TV stopped working after 10pm.Room wasnt cleaned .Found Hennessy Bottle In cabinet, ask for non smoking .Room smelled like smoke,closet was dusty and Cobb webs on TV stand.
