Worst Experience Ever

- Shuttle driver was kind.

- At midnight we had angry knocking on our door from a security guard who was asking if we were smoking because the entire hallway smelled like weed. AT MIDNIGHT. And why on earth did you pick our door? He only checked like one other before giving up. - It smelled so bad. Weed, sweat, just generally disgusting. - So unclean. - There was a mirror that didn’t pass the test, I believe it may have been a 2-way mirror. - “Pet friendly” hotel means there were barking dogs throughout the night. - Bed closer to window was moist and had someone’s hair in it. - The shuttle service. Oh my gosh. First off, only runs until 10pm. If your flight is delayed, like mine was, you’re SOL. I also asked about the shuttle during check-in and they said just show up 10 minutes before in the morning. Well, when the shuttle pulled up and we were first in line, we nearly lost our spot because the driver asked for our tag from the hotel. He was kind and told us we could just go get one from the desk inside, so we went back in and had to wait for them to fill it out for us. We weren’t the only ones who had to go back for this. Why didn’t you tell me about this when I asked during check-in? - No one ever responded to my questions on Booking. - I would NEVER stay here again and I wish I could have my money back.

A quick overnight stay between flights made easy.

Friendly and helpful staff

Had difficulty locating where the free hotel shuttle picks you up. Caught it the next day back to LAX with no issues and the driver was lovely.

No breakfast😔 location was good. Some staff members were nice.

No microwave, no hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner nor soap. Air conditioner did not work and we sweated all night. Some staff members were rude to other guests. Charged for parking even though we were guests because scanner machine was not working.

The size of the room was big enough. The location is good, very close to LAX airport

Good value stay

Coffee machine in the foyer in the morning was handy as was the vending machines. Staff were very attentive as were the cleaning staff. Rooms were simple and clean. Beds were comfortable and the lighting was good. Location to airport and free shuttle bus was a bonus. Jessica in reception was very helpful and friendly, give the girl raise. Check in was smooth.

Maybe the towels could have been a bit thicker and the traffic noise from the nearby freeway was a bit loud and constant. I would suggest staying in an odd number room to be on the non traffic/freeway side of the hotel.

Rude staff and cockroaches in my room 🤢

Arriving late and having cockroaches in my room. I got in late from the airport and I was so tired so I decided to sleep with them and I made sure to record it they check providing to your email and is wellbooking.com. upon telling the front desk in the morning they told me to email them and send them the video because I wanted a refund but I had to go I had a flight to catch. I sent the request through booking.com in which you guys have failed to respond. I have stayed at motel 6 through booking.com over 170 times in my life I have never want to complain and I expected a full refund and the staff was so rude

Not clean. There were stains on the bed sheets

The staff at the front desk were rude. My security deposit was not returned. I contacted the hotel multiple times and they ignored me. I had to contact my bank and proceed with a chargeback for the deposit.

Not what I expected

Location near airport

The room did not have a microwave or coffee maker as stated in the description. I was told that only selected rooms have them, and was extra charge, however they said my type of reservation did not allow me to upgrade. Traveling with small child, a microwave is a most Beds were not comfortable either.

החדר היה נקי ומסודר, יש שירותי הסעות בחינם לשדה התעופה וחזרה בכל שעה עגולה. הצוות היה חברותי ונחמד ושמחו לעזור לנו המיטות היו גדולולת ונוחות ויש מיזוג אוויר מצוין בחדרים, קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לנחיתות בשדה התעופה.

המיקום לא כלכך מרכזי אבל נסענו על השאטל בחינם לשדה התעופה ומשם לקחנו מוניות

Only redeeming factor is its proximity to the LAX and the parking.

Poor and cold service at reception. Seems like they are all rather jaded working at this establishment. After travelling for more than 20 hours on an international flight, only to discover that the room has No shower gel and NOT even a tube of shampoo !!! which is a basis necessity in even lower cost establishment than theirs. I went to the reception to request for it as i thought that housekeeping could have missed out but the reception response was just, we DO NOT provide these and just walk away. how CHEAP, how LOW can an establishment get ??? No basic hospitality, no bottle of water or coffee maker in the room at all. Really really NOTHING at all other than the bed, towels and 2 miserable pcs of hand soap, it is the worst hotel experience i have encountered in all of my years of travel. What their logic for charging a deposit of USD 75/- when there is absolutely nothing inside the room, i really meant NOTHING at all. The hotel is dated, don't trust the pictures you see on the internet. From now on i will avoid all Motel 6 establishment like the plague, it is really that bad ...

Great place to stay for the price

We were going for price and the room was totally acceptable. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, cable and fridge. Expect a lot of security at the front desk, which made me feel safe, and very pleasant front desk clerks. Shuttle goes and picks up on the hour. No restaurant on site but great little Mexican restaurant one block away and plenty of burger spots close.

Very handy to LAX, was a snap. driving in was stressful. Not the most comfortable part of town, traffic, bleak, but handy. Clean, was fine. Nice lady at check in. Very typical of motel 6
