The bathroom sliding door in the hotel room would not close all the way.

Trip with daughter had a nice stay overall. Was disappointed with Front desk staff upon check in

Rooms are updated and very nice. Lobby very nice. Pool and elevators old and need to be updated.

The rooms were very new and nice. Clean. Beds comfortable

Half the time half the elevators weren’t working. By the last day only one elevator was working.

Strike was ongoing and there was no security to make sure the protesters did not harass the visitors!

Nice place but very poor service

Really nice looking and clean

The staff. Got there and the valet people wouldn’t empty the car as it is not their job. Emptied it myself and asked reception to take bags to room while we went out. Came back to hotel at midnight and no bags in the room. No one was answering any of the phones named on the room handset. Had to walk all the way to reception to ask for my bags

The resort feel, the pool and restaurants, the store, location, room comfort

I paid in full through booking.com but I was charged for the room again at check in. It was a headache and I kept having to deal with calls from the hotel while we were out trying to enjoy our vacation. They then tried to bill me again at checkout for taxes and fees which were already paid through Booking.com and THEN, they were going to give the credit back to Booking.com instead of releasing the funds on my credit card. It was a hot mes and ruined my entire experience.

Close proximity to Disneyland. Security. Helpful reception staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. The maids do a great job with cleaning and preparing the rooms

An overall comfortable stay!

My wife and I had an excellent stay here! The room was very clean and had lots of amenities. The bed was quite comfortable which was perfect, after a few very fun but also very needed after long day on your feet at Disneyland. The pool was nice and heated. The staff was quite nice. Close walk to Disneyland too! Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I wish they offered free shuttle busses to Disneyland. The walk is pretty short so we didn’t mind walking, but it would have been appreciated for coming back and fourth during the day. We were also not a fan of the buffet breakfast downstairs unfortunately, especially with how much it cost for the two of us as breakfast was not included in our room price. The eggs almost tasted like rubber, and the pancakes looked burnt almost. We wouldn’t have minded as much if it wasn’t for how expensive it was! I would recommend either going to the Starbucks coffee shop instead as an alternative if you are looking for a quick breakfast as their breakfast sandwich and coffee was very good, or instead go out to breakfast nearby with your family at Denny’s or iHop for example. I heard Mimi’s cafe was also really good if you don’t mind a little extra walk.

We’ll be coming back to stay here.

My husband and I loved that it was walking distance from Disneyland, we loved our room and the cleanliness.

We probably didn’t like the parking so much. We understand that parking prices can by high, but it was a little too high and the parking spaces were just a bit too tight.

Hotel was great. Location works out great.

The stafff was outside pickiting. I came back early at 5am and was met with staff pickiting and BLOCKING me from re entering the property so that I could park. It was disturbing and horrible. The drums, the bull horns. not a peacefull place.

enjoyed the stay. loved the location. The most important thing to us is the rooms felt clean!

during the middle day of our stay the housekeeping staff did a room check at 2 in the afternoon. They opened our door and yelled room check. no prior knock was given. we were not upset but annoyed at the short interaction.
