Very worn hotel. Would not stay again.

The linens were clean and there was plenty of hot water.

Our room had a strange smell to it. The whole facility was kind of musty and worn. The walls were paper thin and you could hear lots of noise from surrounding rooms. The facility is in need of a major renovation.

After complaining about the odor the desk clerk refunded my money

The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke including my room. Its run down and almost depressing. The desk clerk was kind enough to refund my money, Judos for customer service but the rest is no good.

Appears to have taken previous reviews to heart and made some upgraded changes

All staff were very pleasant. Pool was great, vending machines and laundry facilities were working fine. They were able to give me adjoining rooms upon request and the rooms were very clean.

The rugs in the hallway feel a little sticky maybe some shampooing or an upgrade would be good

Location was great and price was reasonable.

Breakfast was pancakes and toast with a few brownie bagel options. When advertising free breakfast included it should mention a very light breakfast with no egg, sausage, bacon, omelette, biscuits and gravy, waffle or other normal breakfast items at most hotel options.

Quiet location of room, good tv/cable, beds and bedding quite good.

Some shoddy maintenance in bathroom. Breakfast wasn't a 5 star event.

Close to town. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel not well maintained and outdated. Stains on carpet and furniture in room, toilet lop sided, stains on ceiling, wall paper peeling in bathroom, no coffee for coffee maker, no one on staff in hotel last night. Note at front desk to call a number if there is anything urgent you need. No breakfast set up last morning. If you asked, they had a grab n go bag. Definately not worth the cost to stay here. Overall dirty.

Better than we expected given other Quality Inns we’ve stayed in.

Did not eat the breakfast but nice they used real plates, etc. We were surprised we had a nice suite. Very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Chair in Room. Extra pillows. Comfortable bed. Excellent TV channel selection.

Problems with keys. Coffee not always available. No coffee or supplies in room for coffeemaker. Air conditioner only worked at times.

The bathroom in my room the tiles were cracked getting out of the tub which is a hazard and it wasn't cleanliness when they're cracked like that. And I didn't like when I looked on the advertisement that there is a hot tub update your pictures already false advertisement. In the refrigerator was running making noise get a new refrigerator too. ☹️ In the beds were very uncomfortable 😟

Very affordable and friendly staff! Location was perfect

They advertised as having a Jacuzzi and when we got there we found out that they no longer have one. They also advertise that they serve Continental breakfast and when they don't. The beds were cheap mattresses and very hard.

mattresses had busted springs, fan in bathroom did not work, constant slamming in the unit above us at all hours, staff unable to be found when needed, hard to get their attention when you do find them, bathroom dirty, crumbs in bed between sheets. served the purpose for a night but wouldn’t use this hotel for more than 1 night.

In the first room there was hair in the tub, a huge glob on the tub floor and a huge glob on the wall. The front desk worker switched us to another room, my son noticed his top comforter was dirty, we pulled the blankets back and there was hair in the bed. We ended up not staying
