The house was clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed, and the location was convenient. Todd was very easy to communicate with and was so helpful! Would definitely stay here again when visiting our family in Kentucky!

My two sisters and I got together for the first time in 9 years. We couldn’t have picked a more comfortable place to stay. It was a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, the owner was very responsive, the place was well cared for and I hope we get to stay here again.

It's a beautiful property. There is beautiful pasture land surronding this propert. Everynight we walked and watch the horses in the field. The house worked well for 4 adults. It was clean and well stocked. You won't go wrong reserving this house for enjoying Lexington.

Loved the view of the horses next door.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Roomy and comfortable. Felt great coming back to the house after a busy day and greatly appreciated the property manager's kindness. I would highly recommend staying in this home. It truly felt like home away from home.

Our stay by far exceeded all of our expectations. In town for a horse show with my dogs and this home added so much to our trip! Couldn’t have asked for a better backyard for the dogs. There’s an adorable apple tree in the backyard! We were spending long days with a Horse Park and this house being about three minutes from the horse park made the commute a breeze! Red state barbecue is walkable from the house and the food there is incredible. The house was extremely spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay. Thanks Todd for being such a great host!

This home is large and comfortable with a large fenced in back yard and very convenient to the Kentucky Horse Park. It is an older home with charm but has the original bathrooms - functional but not updated. Kitchen is updated. All in all a very nice stay!

What a wonderful property. A charming horse themed home in the heart of horse country. Very quiet but also close to so many great things to see and do. My family loved all the fireflies in the evenings.
4.8
We loved the property. There were horses next door you could watch from the yard. The house had plenty of room for a family with young kids. Our only suggestion would be to add some board or family games. It was definitely not a detriment to the property, but it would have added even more fun to our stay.

The house was perfect for our family! We’re loved being a little outside the city on all that beautiful land

This house is very close to the KHP. Ideal location of you are attending an event there. Great older house that is easy to navigate with plenty of room. It's the ideal location if you are attending and event at the KHP.

Great location, great patio. Enjoyed sitting outside each night after visiting distilleries, watching the horses. Very clean and welcoming.

The title says it all. This place had everything we could have needed, and there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 large dogs. Will definitely return here again when visiting family in Kentucky.

Owner was great and very receptive to our needs. All our questions were answered quickly. Home was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the beautiful scenery!

This is our first choice of places to stay when we visit Lexington. We have stayed in this house 3 times. The house is spacious and has a nice fenced in backyard. Perfect if you travel with pets.

This property was in the perfect location for us. The was accommodating on our check in and out. Loved that it is pet friendly and had a fenced in yard. We loved the neighbors (horses). Also...Red State BBQ across the street. Would definately recommend this property.
4.8
This property worked out great for us, it was just short drive to Buffalo Trace and Keeneland. The house was roomy for all six of us and would allow for two more real easy!
4.8
Home was welcoming and clean. Lots of space for our 100lbs. German Shepherd to run and play in the backyard. She especially loved watching the horses across the driveway! You do hear the sump pump turn on and off - but we blocked it out easily enough. The master bath is pretty tiny, but again we made it work. We watched DVD's in the evenings and were at the Horse Park during the day. So close to the Park, we went back to house for lunch each day! We cooked out on the grill and sat in the swing on the back patio. Even though Georgetown Rd would get busy, you didn't hear any road noise inside the house. The basement would make a great rainy day play space for kids.
Owners family was helpful when we got turned around on the property. Owner was very quick to respond to questions even close to a year before we arrived! Highly recommend the property for family or group of adults looking for a home away from home.
Only drawbacks (and really just a maintenance thing), was that the main bath shower head decided to clog or break and the dryer took a couple of turns to dry (maybe a vent issue?) (Sorry to let you hear about it in a review).

Easy booking process, great communication with owner, nice home with plenty of room. This house was perfect for our friends and family get away.

2 couples, 2 buddies ...stayed for the Breeders Cup at Keeneland. Perfect location. Lyft for transportation to and from. We parked our Tesla in the garage and plugged in. The 2 other rental cars had plenty of parking. Huge kitchen and dining room. Super comy for all of us. Gorgeous area!! House had everything we needed:)

This is a great location if you are in Lexington to view horses. There are several horses right across the driveway pasturing. The House is well equipped and very roomy. It could use some minor loving care, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again if I came to Lexington. The property manager was very responsive.
4.8
This house was in a fantastic location for proximity to KHP, golf courses, and local amenities. The house is clean and spacious with beautiful surrounding fields for a week away in the heart of Kentucky horse country.
4.8
We stayed 5 days and focused on motorcycle rides through the rolling countryside, checked out bourbon distilleries and great restaurants, and visiting the Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland, all very near by. The house was enjoyable and roomy enough, clean and well supplied. It had everything we needed, we even grilled out in October! We enjoyed walking down the lane and talking to the horses in the pasture across the lane. There's an interesting horse training facility called Hurricane Hall that's across the lane and a training race course is visible in the woods as you walk down the lane. We would stay here again!

Close to the horse park! Would love to rent again!

Very convenient for visiting the Horse park. Owner answered questions promptly. Very impressed that an ailing refrigerator was diagnosed and replaced within a matter of hours so our stay wasn’t compromised.

This house looked small from the outside, but had so much room inside. Lovely yard, front and back. Close to the street but covered by trees and brushed so don't even notice.
Property manager was very nice and quick to respond to messages!
Great rental. Would rebt agaun

Perfect Location fir KHP Activities!
This was the perfect location and size for our group’s trip to Breyerfest! Great horse-themed decor. Convenient to the horse park, downtown, and Red State BBQ. Master bath is cramped and some steps may be challenging for mobility-impaired. In the Not-Under-Host’s-Control category, the property road to actual road intersection could use some improvement.
Thanks, Todd, for a lovely stay!!!
4.8
Definitely would stay again!
Location could not have been better for showing at KHP. Spacious rooms, super comfy beds, LOTS of living area, well supplied kitchen. Todd was an awesome host! Only negative is that the bathroom tiles/floors could use a good deep cleanlng. This will be our first choice for lodging next time we are in Lexington!

Rural but close to everything
We really enjoyed our stay for the week. The house is in a rural setting with horses right next door yet only 3 miles from Kroger and I-75. The location was ideal for our plans - a few bourbon distilleries and a family reunion in Covington.
The house has a huge kitchen and living room and main bath. The bedrooms were a great size, too. The master bath is cozy, but we managed.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and the water tasted great. We were able to hook up our Switch to the TV and play games. The kitchen table is oversized and great for both meals and tabletop games. We used the gas grill, which was fine.
There were some paper products left from prior guests, but we bought hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. There were plenty of pods for the dishwasher.
My only notes would be that the pillows could use replacing and the back patio is VERY hot in the afternoon. It could use some shade or even an umbrella for the table. We basically couldn't use it because of the sun.
Overall, a great stay and would stay there again.

Very nice house decorated with horse themes in most rooms. The home is spacious with several sitting areas spread throughout the house, sunroom, and patio. Use of garage is a bonus. The central AC is quite and efficient. If you are traveling with a dog you would appreciate the secure fence surrounding the large yard.
The house is surrounded by pastures on 3 sides with horses grazing in the field across the driveway. The house fronts on the main road between Lexington and Georgetown. The only downside for us was the traffic noise which we are not used to at home. However, this location does make it convenient to travel to the many attractions in the Lexington area.
Georgetown has several good restaurants and is a beautiful old town. Hope to return

The photos do not do this place justice - it was truly lovely, and so convenient for out show at the Horse Park! We will be back for sure!
