Beautiful and Luxurious hotel!
4.8
Loved the hotel and outdoor space. The first night we heard music til late. I think it was the music hall behind our room.
4.8
The property is nice. It has a cool vibe to it. The room was tight. There was not enough space to put our luggage and we were always having to step over it. The location is not great if you don't have a car. There is nothing around that is a convenient walking distance. The was especially problematic since the hotel does not offer a breakfast restaurant and instead serves limited offerings at the bar.

Went for two day business trip. This place was awesome. Really clean, cool vibe, old school feel. Bed was super comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Was not a big fan of the rain drop shower head but that did not bother me from complaining about it. Restaurant/bar was good. Roof top bar was nice as well. Overall great experience and will be staying here again whenever I come back.

I am not overly demanding but I do require a satisfactory check mark in 3 categories. And it is only a yes or no but it must be all 3 boxes checked. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. This hotel hits the first two but fails miserably on the third. As many people have commented, the roof top nightclub is a noise disaster. The club is on the 8th floor and we were in the 4th but the music thumps into the wee hours of the night. The hotel is well aware of it as the desk acknowledged they receive many complaints. Yet it goes on. I can’t imagine what the rooms in the 6th floor sound like. The management needs to figure out if they want to be a luxury hotel or a hip night club. They apparently have chosen the latter to the denteent of their 123 overnight guests.

Lovely decorated room… lots of thought went into the rooms, VERY small, below rooftop bar. It was very loud until after midnight… it was a Saturday night.
Rooms poorly insulated. I could hear people talking clearly in the hall.
4.8
The hotel is nice. Rooms and bathrooms are too small. For as much as we paid, I was appalled that they did not offer complimentary coffee in the mornings. Room service did not start until 11:00.

I had the worst experience ever.
I had visitors I wanted to impress so The Manchester hotel photos and total charge of of $514 per night got my attention. I was expecting a ‘four season’ kind of experience.
So, I booked two rooms for one night and paid a total of $1024.00. BUT
I was shocked when I got there.
First, the hotel was located in the most dilapidated and distressed part of Lexington right beside a greasy multi lane train depot.
The lobby was a deflation from the posted photos.
The checkin was smooth.
The elevator was old and all the ceramic tiles and grout were chipping and gross. There was unpleasant smell in the cabin.
On exiting at our floor, the carpet was clean but the hallway has a musty smell as if it has had constant exposure to smoke or poor ventilation.
When we got into the two rooms, the air was so choky.
The thermostat was set at 66 F so it had a winter feeling but the cold air did not help with the stench and choky feeling
The rooms were also very small with very narrow spaces between the beds and the walls. One window looks right at multiple tracks of loaded trains.
At that point, I called hotel.com and informed them I cannot stay.
They said ok, that I can cancel but when they called the manager at Manchester, she refused to refund my payment, even HALF the payment.
So, Manchester KEPT my $1024.00 for nothing.
While I LEFT and paid for rooms in another hotel.
Manchester advertisement at Hotel.com is deceitful and I hold hotel.com accountable.

My wife and I really enjoyed are our stay at The Manchester. Great getaway for our Anniversary trip!

Room was great! Very clean. Smelled amazing. Bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
4.8
Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was amazing from the front desk crew to the valet guys. I’d recommend 10/10!

Great hotel. Loved the decor. Would stay again.

Awesome facility! Beautiful and chic.

Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Dinner was amazing at Granddam and nice to have it on property

Room was spectacular. The two restaurants were wonderful. I loved my stay.
4.8
Only thing i didnt care for was i could literally hear people outside my room the entire time. They said it was sound proof but i could hear full conversations and dogs barking.
4.8
For the most part my daughter and her mother had a pretty nice stay. The hotel itself is “on the wrong side of the tracks” with its strange location. My only issue and why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the walls seem very thin here. We could hear conversation in the next room. I do want to return if they have quieter rooms.

Wonderful property. Very unique hotel. I will definitely be back.

It was a great hotel room. My daughter and I loved it and thought it was very classy and had so many extras. The liquor bar was the best stocked bar I've seen. And the beds were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again, when I'm back in Lexington.

The interior and decor was quaint and super cute. Everything was amazing. The checkin and check out staff were super professional and nice.

Romantic and true luxury! Loved the rooftop restaurant and bar and the entire staff was excellent.

We had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Manchester Hotel for our Family reunion at The Manchester Music Hall. Everything from the valet, to the rooms, to the beautiful Roof Top and so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you Manchester. A time was had. We will for sure be back.

This new hotel is handsomely appointed with Kentucky style elegance and charm. Everything is top notch quality. The staff is friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous, unique high end property. Used both restaurants and had great drinks, food and service. Room was top notch. Loved it!
4.8
Staff are awesome. Walkable to Rupp Arena, downtown, and dining. Very unique and sexy vibe in room, lounge, and rooftop bar.
4.8
Staff was amazing. However, mattress and pillows were very very uncomfortably. Plus early hours around 3 AM we woke up to loud noise (flush noise from floor above , very loud) happened few times during the night a few times also. Although I like service and staff , we won’t be saying here again.

This property is exactly as it’s pictured. We went for an overnight trip and went to a concert. My only complaint is that the venue for the concert wasn’t easy to get to from the hotel on foot. The description says it’s a 10 minute walk but it’s more like 20. But I was able to get an Uber and we did walk on the way home.
We had dinner at the Lost Palm. Great drinks and though it’s small plates, you can easily make a meal out of it.
Overall, loved this hotel and would recommend. I hope to go back at some point.

Very nice decor, rooms were comfortable and cozy. Loved the big rainfall shower!
4.8
Great service upon check-in. Clean rooms and nice features. Would still like a microwave. Rooms are susceptible to outside and hall noise. No ice machine and carts available upon checkout.
4.8
Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Downstairs bar played music loudly that we could hear in bed 4 floors up.
4.8
Great location, lovely areas. Loved it! Room was spacious

Very nice. Front desk was ok. Bartender was amazing. Let them know it was our 28 year anniversarry but they didnt seem to care. Thought they would care more about special events but ok.

Feldman and Morris pumped $39M into building this hotel.
Honestly, the attention to detail is superb.
The Lobby & Bar are magnificent. Top NYC designer, and it shows.
People Magazine rates it as a Top 50 Bar in the USA. It's that beautiful.
The Lost Palm, rooftop bar/restaurant, is one of the best in the country as well.
Lexington is lucky to have the Manchester.
The room is on the smallish side but magnificently appointed. An Old School, Marshall radio, how cool is that?
Mattress is superb. Not fitted sheets are OK, slightly above average.
House keeping is well below average. You can ask/beg, but they may not do it. It's up to them.
Calling down to Front Desk was quickly attended too.
Mini fridge is packed with their stuff, so zero room for any of yours.
Curtains are heavy but not blackout by design. Bring eyeshades if you need darkness.
Bathroom ventilation is horrendous. No control, centrally operated. Use the running shower stall to reduce odors.
That's a shame.
The bathroom is superb. Marble, huge walk-in showr
Room coffee is by mini-bags and hot water kettle. Since the small cart is packed with their stuff for sale, making coffee is a struggle.
Grandame Restaurant was ok. Staff was not very professional and the food was heavily salted. Tony's of Lexington was superior.
You MUST use their Concierge parking at $23 per night. It's outside and not underground. That's a shame. Kind of crazy as you can see your car parked 100 feet away.

The Manchester is a lovely hotel with unique furnishings that will delight the eye. Employees were so helpful and provided everything we needed to have a pleasant trip. The only complaints I had were there was no microwave and no pool. For a hotel of this stature that was very disappointing! Otherwise very nice stay.
4.8
Exceptional. Exquisite dining. Well appointed room, clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, attentive for the most part with one glaring glitch: we were told our car would not be moved overnight while parked in (prepaid) valet lot, at departure, it was no longer in the spot we had left it. Yes, we tipped the attendants. Wife extremely disappointed with the valets (her car, her baby, if you're a car person, you'll understand) who assured her this would not be the case.
4.8
Not a bad stay, almost seemed like some soiled sheets were not removed or replaced just flopped around to seem like they were changed/cleaned. Some staff could have been a little more friendly at times. I may consider coming back again but with a bigger party next time.
