It was perfect for the weekend and for what we were there to do.

Breakfast was very good. the location was in the perfect spot for us to get to the wedding venue. It was close enough to go to the city during the day! The staff was friendly and they had complimentary cookies at the front desk! Lobby was nice and they had plenty of seating for breakfast. Pool and hot tub were very nice to have as well.

Our windows seemed very old and outdated and didn't close all the way. And being there in October, let’s just say it could get a little cold! The draft had us freezing at night! The bed was comfy but the pillows could have been better, or at least put 6 of them on the bed to make up for the lack of comfort in those things!

The room was dated and needed new carpet. The pool needed repair. The bedding sheets were being dried on the dumpsters outside , I guess the drier was broken.

Good stay, but there are other options in the area that I will consider in future travels.

Easy to find, right off 494. Pleasant lobby, generous breakfast area, good coffee with flavored creamers, freshly baked cookies and water available at front desk area. Also comfy beds, and friendly staff. Two pools onsite. Nice, hot whirlpool. Clean swimming pool.

Secondary outside doors not locked at night, no towels in pool area, no phone in room, customer service is by text. This would concern me if I were an elderly traveler who didn't have or know how to use a cell phone. No clock in the room or the pool area. Breakfast worker did not speak English, not his fault at all,. He needs an English speaking co-worker or mentor. Breakfast fruit featured apples only. No yogurt available.

It's really outdated, needs to be renovated. At least change the carpet! I walked all over the carpet in the room and my white socks turned black.

Nice staff. Easy check-in. Pool & spa ok! Older hotel, worn carpets. Would stay here again.

The reviews! I read after check-in. I did not find that all the negativity was warranted. Older hotel, perfectly fine for the price.

I will stay again if in the area

breakfast was excellent and available at 6 am when I needed it, loved the warm cookies available near check in the front desk clerk who checked me in was the best, he answered all of my questions before I even asked them and he was the epitome of courteous and helpful.

Something was off

Love the area and the staff.

Dirty bathroom. Unwashed blood stained comforters. Muddy bed skirts. South pool was closed. Hot tub is semi broken and shooting streams of water when the jets are on. Normally we love this place and have no problems. Was a little off this time. Hopefully when we come back in June it's back up to par, or we will have to find a new place for our September trip.

Very nice place to stay!

We appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who were quick to respond to our questions and our request for extra bedding! The breakfast is very good and they have a wide variety of items which was nice since we had little kids with us. We like the quiet location (minus freeway noise) and it's close to stores, restaurants and walking pathways.

One of the pools was closed which meant that the pool that was open was jam packed with people on the weekend and was so loud. We didn't use the pool/hot tub because of this which was a bummer for the kids! The other thing that would be a disappointment for people who like to watch TV is that there were very limited channels available. We asked the staff about this issue and they said the provider was having issues with the service so it was not something that the hotel itself was responsible for.

We stayed in a Handicapped Accessible room. The room was generally fine, but the bathroom was a disappointment. We requested a room with a roll-in shower but got one with a tub. All accessible rooms should have roll-in showers.

Would stay again! Loved the Northern Taphouse attached, GREAT FOOD!

Didn’t stay here

Pools were not working and that was the reason we were going to stay there. Front desk said they would cancel but still was charged.

Good And Bad

Everything thing was good except the maintenance. They watched me leave my room to go to my car for something and then tried to enter my room. Luckily my partner was in the room.

The room cleaners trying to enter 1 hour before checkout. Noisy refrigerator in room.
