Unbelievable, clean the rooms if that means pay your staff more than do it.

Booking the room. Ease of checking in. Simplicity of checking out.

I didn’t like the room cleanliness. The sheets were stained. The floor was sticky. Mold growth on the shower tile

Property was in convenient location. The staff wasn’t very friendly.

Not enough parking up front. Couldn’t park near my room had to park in the back. The two vehicles parked in front of my room didn’t move at all.

I would definitely like to stay here again, hope they restart breakfast soon.

It was close to most major attractions.

I didn’t like the fact they haven’t restarted the continental breakfast. Also that the rooms aren’t automatically cleaned on a daily basis, however sis appreciate that after a request they did come clean up a little.

Adequate and close enough to the park

Great for what you pay for. Super small rough towels, they need better ones. Pool and hot tub need to be cleaned. Bathtub caulk had black mold, it only takes like 5 minutes to pull out the old and recaulk it come on guys. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No breakfast, they used to have a decent one. Probably won’t stay again because I like being able to get some milk or just and a bagel with cream cheese at least. People trying to get paid the same for less services…

It was ok but could be better with a little more attention to the details...

Dusty, no room service, fan had loud noise and none then loud noise again. Shampoo and body wash was empty.

I'm honestly not sure that I'd stay here again. It is definitely not the same!

The location was close to Disneyland. The price was reasonable. The room was spacious. There was very little noise, so it was easy to get to and stay asleep.

No breakfast, the room smelled terrible( like sewer) , no paper, pen, or other little extras. No creamer, sugar packets replaced for the coffee. No safe in the room to store valuables, money, etc. No extra pillows. The towels seemed very old and thin.

lift fascility and staff attitude . when i booked had breakfast included but while checking in i was told no breakfast

i stayed here before there was pandemic and i like the service thats why i booked here agin when we get back to anaheim

staff are not accommodating. we request to clean the room but they refuse because its not yet scheduled

Awesome location for EVERYTHING in Anaheim

Very convenient location for the Disney parks. Less than 2 minute drive to the parking structure. Would def stay again

Worked for a place to sleep, but thats it.

Service. Was told I could request housekeeping a day in advance, I did. But did not receive it and was never notified that my request couldn't be fulfilled. Beds rolled away from the wall and made alot of noise.

comfortable stay for a short trip. I would recommend and return.

staff was nice and rooms were clean. property was quiet and is very close the the Mickey and friends parking structure.

we had a room with a connecting door, walls were a little thin but other than that everything else was fine.
