Way too much money way too much paid for the nights

Priced way way too high. When we got there, we found out about 30% of the hotel or more were filled with homeless people that they were housing.

Comfortable stay within 15 mins from Providence with free parking

Breakfast was fantastic - baked potatoes and sausages were good. The room size was great - one of the most spacious at this price point and beds were comfortable. Wifi was good and made surfing the net enjoyable. Loved that they had free parking

I didn't like the waffle texture of the blanket cover as it was very scratchy. thankfully the inside sheet was smooth - would have preferred if both were smooth.

Friendly staff, location, parking areas near several entrances. Ki Ki at front desk, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Rich in maintenance helped fix our TV and Ed in the breakfast area, hard working and friendly. All in all your staff shines.

The area is a bit rundown but I felt safe in the hotel. The hotel is near Providence. We had a roomy double queen room. There is an Irish Pub attached to the hotel. You get a good amount of food for a fair price. The free breakfast offered by the hotel was good, definitely better than other hotels. I really like Hampton Inn as a brand for that reason.

I did not like that there was hair on the walls of the shower and in the sink. The drain in the bathtub must have been clogged because when I took a shower the water pooled in the tub. The view from our window was awful, but thems the breaks because of the location of the hotel. The desk chair in our room was badly stained. I won't stay at this location again.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier. One of the rooms was a previous smoking room so it smelled just a little bit. Also the furniture was arranged weird when we came in. Tables and cushions stacked on a chair?

Very comfortable bed, great breakfast and very helpful concierge made our stay fantastic!

Our visit was a quick overnight stay so I didn’t expect too much from the hotel, but I was extremely happy with how comfortable our bed was and the free breakfast was outstanding. The pool and exercise room was an added bonus to hopefully use in a future longer visit.

I have no negative feedback.

Curtains in the room don’t close all the way because of the heater location which is a little weird,too much light not great for sleeping, and wife very uncomfortable with other buildings/people able to see in at night
