Not bad for one night stay

Location to our destination and affordable price with free breakfast. Food tasted good

Carpet in room had stains all over it. Food was good but not that big of a variety. Pool looked dirty and faded my kids bathing suits bc it had way too much bleach in it.

Disappointing

Stain on mattress on pull out couch. Sheets and towels not supplied for couch and had to go ask for them, first set had stains.

I’d go back

Super friendly staff great breakfast

The pool was extremely small and had buoys in the middle so I couldn’t even swim and it was a little cold. My room definitely had a nice film of dust everywhere and my sheets were like stained. Hopefully they were clean.

Disappointing

First check in - room key not coded. Room smelled of smoke. Tv remote had dead battery. Got battery buttons on remote didn’t work All items that were terrible

The TV keeps freezing up. The bed looked like people were laying in the same spot for days on end. Not comfortable, the bed would sink in.

Hole in the mattress

Close to where we need to be for our bass car show.

There was a big hole in the mattress 😳 it was so uncomfortable i didnt sleep much and had to drive 4 hrs home.

Horrible. Will NEVER stay here again & would never recommend

Evening staff (NOT CRAIG) was absolutely rude. When asking a question the lady would barely respond. During our stay, the fire alarm went off 3 times (between 2am-4am). My family and I decided to leave because the issue was not being resolved. I have twin 9 month olds and an 8 year old that would freaking out every time the alarms went off. Apparently this hotel did not complete their maintenance on the fire alarms which caused them to go off every hour. Room was kind of dirty but I didn’t complaint because it wasn’t in spaces where we would be touching.

I love Holiday Inn Express, but not this one.

It was easy to find. conveniently located. Housekeeping and kitchen staff were lovely.

The front desk staff was rude from before check-in when we placed a call on the way there until check-out. I can't imagine you don't get this complaint often as we were not the only ones having trouble with them. The rest of the staff were quite nice and helpful. The room was very dusty. We found a pair of scissors by the couch and a dirty Dixie cup from a previous guest. They also seemed resentful that we booked through booking.com. We were charged a 15.00 fee for booking with you upon entering the facility. We were so unhappy with them that we shortened our trip and left a day early. When I was checking out the man at the front desk barked that I booked through booking and I would get no refund for leaving early. I advised him that I was not asking him for a refund I was just letting him know we were checking out and he said, " then just go." As we were walking out he yelled at us demanding the key cards which I was prepared to give him but forgot about after feeling humiliated when he told us to leave.

Nice and clean.

Breakfast not served until 6:30 and 7:30. Should have atleast something available by 6 for people leave early. No coffee available 24/6. Way Too expensive for the room.

we have stayed there the last four years and we are considering changing hotels our next trip due to the lack of quality

close to where I needed to be

we had to change rooms 3 times before we found one that didn’t smell of smoke or had a working air conditioner and we were there for only 4 nights. And the breakfast could use a little help , containers empty etc.

A decent hotel close to our lacrosse tournament.

Breakfast was good. Pancakes were a nice change.

Our room was dirty, the pull-out had food on it. The tv remote was dirty.
