Sleep and Yeet Recommended

Location was convenient. Staff was friendly. Relatively quiet. Beds were comfy.

The room was not the cleanest and definitely is due for an upgrade. The molding around the flooring was filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned very well either. Had to stack up items to the curtains to fully cover the window (which wouldn't have been a problem if we weren't on the bottom floor). The outlets/light switches were loose. My phone cord would pull right out of the wall. The lock on the door was also rickety. There were people sitting in a car obviously up to something in the corner of the parking lot that was a little alarming. Skipped the breakfast simply due to vibes. Went to Dunkin down the street instead (conveniently nearby).

Pleasant

Beds were clean and comfy, towels changed every day. Room was fine. Although close to busy roads you don t hear them so nit a problem. Breakfast was good, enough choice. Girl on front desk was extremely helpful and very welcoming. Plenty advice for places to go, eat etc. Plenty car parking too.

We were told when we got there that there wasn't a lift, which I d mistakenly assumed there was, so we ended up taking a downstairs room as there was no help getting large suitcases upstairs...we were not offered a refund for the room we took because of the lack of lift, being not as good as the one we booked. There are folks that live in this hotel and we were next door to some. There are smoking rooms and non smoking ones, we don t smoke, however the neighbours did...right outside our door late at night and from 630 in the morning, not great, smelly and very irritating. Not a lot of soundproofing so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear them. When we left the young guy on the desk took our key cards and said you re OK to go...no thank you for staying, glad you had a good trip...nothing. Not sure he s the right person for a front of house roll.

I would consider staying at other motel 8

Expected something more for breakfast. No meats and eggs were just a patty that was warmed in the microwave.

Did not see any bagels.

Pay and extra $10 and stay somewhere else.

The room was damp. The room is certainly not worth the price paid. When my son got into bed, there was a giant bug on the pillow. We took a photo and went the front desk. We were told that we are “in the sticks” and she was clearly not surprised about the bug. She offered to either go to the room to get rid of the bug or give us another room. It was late so we took a different room. No apologies, no concern for how we were feeling.

hmm but clean sheets and a decent quick breafast for the price

Hello Booked by accident - the outdoor rooms were pretty ropey but my colleague had one upstairs that she said was great. the breafast was surprisingly good.

just tired outdoor rooms and a pretty ropey vibe but then again for the price a bargain, clean sheets and i had a good nights sleep

It was dirty. The carpets were awful, in the foyer and the room. Smells musty and needs to be renovated. The hotel next door is much better!

Friendliest staff ever... EVER!!!

The staff was AMAZING. By far of all the hotels my friends and i have ever stayed in. The staff here were the friendliest and really seemed to do what ever it took to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The lady that prepaired the breakfast bent over backwards to make sure you werent hungry. My friends and i are marathon runners and we eat a lot of eggs for the protine and she fixed up so many eggs for us and she seemed happy do to it. We would stay here again for the staff alone

The only down side to the stay was the non-smoking room smelled like someone that smoked 2 packs a day lived in the room for 20 years. We left our door open for half a day in hopes of calming the smell but it did very little. The only thing that would help would be a total gutting of the room and rebuilding it.

Everything OK

We had breakfast, not to much, but OK. The place is OK. We were satisfied, but it is ok just for short stay. The location is good, in green area. Big room, it was comfy and all what we need was in the room.

The bad was very soft, not comfy. Old smell from the carpet.

Disappointing for the price paid

The location was convenient for my visit and conference.

I had to give them 4 different credit cards (all valid)before their machine accepted one. No elevator to second floor. Musty smell in room and carpet was funky. My room was not cleaned at all one of the days of my stay.

i loved the breakfast food & staff.

location, breakfast eggs were delicious and freshly made from real eggs. French toast one morning was also very good.

no elevator and walk up stairs are somewhat steep. once you get up the stairs, you have to go down a few stairs & then back up to walk to your room. the first night my granddaughter & I had some bug bites. maybe mosquito’s or something. management responded immediately and remade the bed, sprayed the entire room. the next night there were no problems. staff was very responsive.

it smelt moldy , basic , and a very disappointing stay
