Didn't have to worry about driving around town to events, dinner or other activities we had planned.
Appliances in the room were noisy and annoying. The price of the room should have included WIFI. Ones dog was so nice and barked a lot, although it's Hotels policy to allow pets, perhaps a section should be set aside for pet owners.

Todo estuvo 👍

My room was at the South Tower and it was a very specious suite. All amenities except the microwave but I didn't need it anyway. Separate shower and bathtub was nice. Quiet corridor was a welcomed plus. Garage parking came free with the booking so nice extra in Dallas downtown area.

Great gym - terrific staff
Rooms were a bit dated

Koszmarny hałas, który zaczynał się ok. godz. 3- 4 nad ranem i trwał do późnych godzin nocnych, związany z odkręcaniem kranów w sąsiednich pokojach w hotelu. Podczas używania wody przez gości hotelowych rozlegało się wycie, niosące się po rurach. Hałas czasem zwiększał się wielokrotnie jeśli w większej ilości pokoi woda była używana równocześnie. Prawdopodobnie uszczelki w kranach w wielu pokojach wymagają wymiany.

The friendliness of a guy from Sri Lanka who was serving us at breakfast was great.
Small selection at breakfast (no veggies ...). Unfriendly staff at check in. Payable wi-fi.
Poor price/performance ratio.

Cleanliness and polite staff
We were celebrating our 24th Wedding Anniversary and I had ask for a box of chocolate or chocolate covered strawberries on the bed for my wife. I was shocked that it wasn’t there when last year’s anniversary we stayes at a Sheraton in Legacy West in Plano they fulfilled the request and a bottle of wine. I left all of this in the notes both times.

Nothing great - other hotels nearby were much better.
We spent half hour speaking to an agent from the hotel before our departure and were promised many things that was not even documented or offered when we got there. Very deceiving operation at best. Will never stay in this hotel.

Overall service was ok… at least they put the best in the Club Lounge.. and at the Elite Front Desk…

The location and view of the city was beautiful. Having valet service was a bonus. The valet, bell service and concierge was exceptional.
You need to order in room food service delivery before 10:00 PM.

Tasty.
I ate at the Draft Sports Bar, guacamole was delicious! My server JoJo was attentive/good.
My experience at the Open Palette is/was noteworthy. I had the Italian Panini; if I had another stomach I would have ordered two more! What made the experience memorable was meeting and being served by Lacey. How lucky the public/Sheraton visitors are that you have Lacey to represent; she is the definition of Customer Care. My return will include checking ahead to see when / if Lacey will be in facility. I am not aware of management/leadership positions but as a U.S. Air Force veteran, Lacey personafies what we teach….

I believe it would be helpful to label the food being served.
Really really bad marks for poor preparation; specifically the elevator system. There was a scheduled event that required the movement of over one thousand people using the elevators that service the Center Tower (up to 37). Only one elevator was in operation; it took almost 90 mins to make it to move our conference attendees. Not a good look for the Marriott International Family of properties. V/r James

Súper limpio, cómodo, amplio, riquísimo café en el cuarto, la bañera, todo excelente
El “refri” no estaba funcionando. Llame a front desk y la señora que contesto fue impresionantemente grosera y cortante

I like the respectful staff. People were friendly
Draft had good wings. Palettes restaurant was excellent host to my friend.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Good location
All ok

Room clean, not a lot of noise .. the views downtown
for $900 for 2 nights, they could have included the breakfast. No ice machine working on the floor, no cold drink in the fridge, especially in Texas ... and it's 110 outside, coming from a plane travel

Cleanliness
A bit dated in general
3.9
great location, well appointed for an older hotel
signage to the gym and pool from the north tower, sign says 4th floor, no mention you need to go to the central tower. The pool area and gym are in need of upgrading.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed and got one king bed and a sofa bed when I asked for sheets blankets and pillows the property had none my kids had to sleep with one sheet no pillows it was a horrible stay

Nothing
Too crowded, the room size of the room. The over look and feel of the room.. The room had no face tiles.. the room AC was not working up to par.. It felt like we purchase a room at a low down motel.. with the outside of the motel upscale.. Although when getting into your room.. The room was a very much displeasure for us..

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The view, the food, the spacious suite. The customer service was outstanding. The pricing was cheaper than I thought it would be which is always great. The furniture inside the room was outstanding and the bathroom was outstanding as well.
