The aesthetics/decor & vintage boutique touches. Great location. The old school records
The key cards were a little janky…had to swap it out twice

Staff was great. Early check-in that we requested was granted, and that was so helpful. It was easy in and out of hotel each day.
The room we had was fine, but was close to elevator and a bit loud. Shower glass design seemed a bit off, allowing water throughout bathroom.

Room was very nice
The noise level from the street. Did not like having to pay $50 for valet

Whaommmm, quelle jolie surprise.

Prefer to have a regular bathroom door rather than the barn style door.

The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed a evening drink in the bar.

Excellent location in downtown. Great vintage atmosphere!
"The air conditioning in our room was incredibly loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep."

The renovation is nice, very cool/funky art everywhere. Great location in Deep Ellum, very close to the venue of the wedding we were in town to attend.
When we arrived check-in took about 45 mins because the internet was out. We couldn’t get an actual room key because of the internet outage, a staff member had to take us to our room and let us in. The tv in our room did not work, again due to the internet that was not repaired our whole stay. Housekeeping started cleaning rooms on our floor about 8:30am and we were woken by the doors to other rooms slamming shut. Also there’s a QR code in the room that claims there’s in-room dining/room service from the restaurant downstairs, but that’s not true - scanning the code just brings up a menu.
Overall we were super disappointed by this stay, the experience did not match the price tag whatsoever. We could have stayed at the Holiday Inn for half the price and all the amenities would have been functional or they would have tried to make up for it. This stay was a real damper on a wedding/birthday weekend.

The hotel it's newly updated and looks really cool. Both the lobby and the rooms are great.
I would like to have a fridge with some beverages in the room

It’s a nice place, good vibe.
Not enough staff at time of check in, it was so busy, there were only 2 staff at check in and one of them seemed to be in training which I think was the reason I ended up being over charged and with additional charges on a second credit card, then when I called and left a voicemail about this issue for Kyle B., the accountant, he never returned my call.

It was a very clean hotel, large room and polite staff. An excellent location for CBD Dallas.

Front desk accommodated my request to be moved rooms. Nicely decorated, masculine rooms with character. Restaurant bar made great Manhattans.
Elevators were noisy. Sound travels through floors.

it was Beautiful on the inside, very spacious, clean open and comfortable.
it was a lot of road construction in front of the property which made the traffic very congested.

Great rooms, fresh interior, clean, great location
No food options for work travelers. I arrived Friday evening and Saturday Morning 7 am I’ve already had a set up. chocolate bars and 2 days sandwiches on white bun, that is not what traveler needs. I didn’t had time for restaurant, which is closed until 10 am on Weekends. Such hotel supposed to serve Breakfast- eggs, veggies, fruits. It was very frustrating.

We got very lucky in the fact that this property was next door the the event my wife and I were going to. Elevators were fast. It was quiet. Bed was ok. Valet service was excellent.
Nowhere in the booking did it say that they were going to put a $100 hold on my card for incidentals. I have had to put down a card before but they never actually charged me. Also the barn door bathroom door will always suck. It had a big enough gap in it that you can sit in the chair across from it and watch people use the restroom. *UPDATE* After some time and looking at my banking acct, I was charged for overnight parking and I was never told. They also charged me an extra $6 cause apparently there was a tax discrepancy. ZERO of this was told to me when I checked in or out. There were no signs that I saw that said that overnight parking was $46. I live in a different state and was only down for the night to see a show, so I am unaware for the parking in Dallas and if I would have known I would have found somewhere to park. Because of these deceptive practices, I will never stay at this property again.

The restaurant on site was great! Ashley served us and she was amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located in downtown so it’s easy to get to everything. There are even a few delicious cafes/coffee shops that are walkable from the hotel.
It can get a little noisy outside at night but that’s to be expected in the city. The hotel itself was very peaceful, clean, and beautifully appointed. We would definitely stay here again!
I wish there had been a microwave in the room.

Proximity to central downtown Dallas area. Lovely restaurant. Comfortable spacious accommodation.Helpful staff.A huge thanks to the helpful staff member ..door person...who used her uber account (which we reimbursed her ) to get us to the airport after 3 failed attempts to have a taxi arrive.
Only one chair to sit in, in a large room designed for 2 people. Would've been good to sit and talk or both watch television.
