It’s clean, decent. It’s just too expensive.
No exhaust in the bathroom.

The room was very clean and spacious and provided a lovely view of the City. We appreciated the security the building had to offer and enjoyed the amenities (fitness center). The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The parking lot was full so we had to park a block away in a public parking garage. This was a little disappointing after a long 7 hour car trip as we were tired and would have preferred the convenience of parking right at our hotel. The location was very nice but walking access to main tourist attractions including the Waterfront and Pike Place Market proved a little difficult for a person with bad knees due to the distance and steep inclines on some of the streets.

The room was spacious and we had a great view of the city. The beds were comfortable.
The dinner was very expensive. The shrimp pasta dish that I had was way too buttery. It tasted as if they used a whole stick of butter for the sauce. I couldn’t eat very much of it. Not realizing that the gratuity had already been added on the ticket, I added a tip on top of that, which I didn’t realized until later. (The gratuity should have been marked and more visible on the bill) I walked out feeling like I paid a whole lot for something I didn’t even eat or enjoy. Ugh! The restaurant’s ambiance was “meh.” It was not very stylish or colorful. We decided definitely not to have breakfast there, even though it would have been convenient. I didn’t like the distraction of having a movie going while eating.
Because of the construction we drove right past the hotel. It was very hard to see where the valet parking was. It was not very well marked. I just about got in an accident trying to drive around the block.

Good housekeeping. Clean rooms. Big bath towels. Location.
The gym was unfinished. It was dusty. It had boxes and a cleaning cart. There was no trash can for the cleaning wipes and no towel or water dispenser.
The baseboards were removed exposing the glue and drywall.
I liked the free weights and the cardio equipment.

Very central, big beds and nice rooms
Construction going on that took away from wanting to stay in a nice hotel. First bedroom we checked into was dirty and second room they gave us was beside the elevator which was loud with guests coming and going. Room was big and comfortable. Reception and valet staff were polite but bell desk staff not so much. Only option for parking being valet and $64 dollars a night is not ideal.

Great and helpful staff
Building is in renovation/ construction. This was never indicated while reserving.

It was a good location for visiting the Pike Markets.
The renovations made it very difficult and the reception area was congested always causing stress for the staff and customers.

The hotel was clean and the view of the city from our room was nice.
Their overnight parking and valet situation is bad. We got there the first night and waited for the valet to show up for over 15 minutes. The signs told us to wait, so we waited. They had one person working the valet most of the time so we had to wait extra long to get our car. One night we came back to park the car again, and their single valet person was sleeping in their room. To add on top of this, their computer system was down most of the time too, so we couldn't even text to get our car ahead of time. Their overnight parking is extremely expensive to add on top of all of this. $50+ a night is insane to have to deal with their terrible overnight parking and valet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested a microwave oven to reheat some pizza and it was brought up right away. The room had a very nice view and and the bed was very comfortable.
