The room is decent sized. The bed was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the pet policy, though the rate was a bit high. The area is quiet
Charging $15 for parking in a residential area with plenty of on street parking seemed a bit much. Rates were high, but the hotel seemed like a 1960s motel. The bathroom was large but had only the basics swimming in empty space. Charging $3 for a small bottle of water is unbelievable.

Room was clean but quite worn, including flooring they had become unstuck.
Public facilities very dirty, bathrooms had clogged toilets and vomit that had not been cleaned up, even over night. Not what you would expect for more than $400/night. Was more like a 2-3 star property.
3.7
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff was also very quick to address and solve my concerns.
Some details inside the room were a bit dated and could use some sprucing up to feel more modern and cohesive with the overall vibe of the hotel environment. I did not like that there was only one chair at the table. If two people stay in the room there should be 2 chairs so we can each sit at the table to eat together.

Very cool place
The pool should be warmer!
The water in the room smelled really bad. I was afraid to drink from bathroom faucet.

Everything!! Would 💯 recommend! Super friendly staff, very cool hotel, cute pool, lovely rooms. We wish we would have stayed longer.
They made a mistake with our booking but made it up by giving us a generous discount and free breakfast.
3.7
Hotel was clean.
Would be nice to have more than two water bottles in the room for free.

The vibes and aesthetic were so high! Walking in I felt part of a movie😅 The room was boujee and my girlfriend loved the decorations. The staff were all super friendly, especially Martin the bartender in the lobby bar. We had good drinks and a genuine conversation with him. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all!
We could easily hear people outside your rooms, this wasn’t a deal breaker but it could be to someone else.

It was in an area that was close to shopping center.
Nothing

Location I needed. Walk to restaurants.
Table and chair. Bathroom door.

I really liked the shabby chic decor and feel. Clean and well-maintained. Good location, easy to get there and plenty of parking. I also liked that it has 2 bars and a restaurant so I didn't have to go out of my way to get something to eat after a long drive to the hotel. I also liked the daily social wine-hour.
Some rooms have walk-in showers with a half-glass partition only which allows for the water to splash out of the shower. Other rooms (I booked the same type of room) has a bathtub instead. When it comes to the bars and restaurant, I found a lack of variety in their beer selection.

We had to wait about 40 Minutes after normal Check-In Time because the rooms weren't ready!!!!

The place is very charming, clean and nice staff.
The neighbour kept his airco all night long and it was very noisy.
3.7
The breakfast was alright. The bed was comfortable. The staff was willing. (See below)
The property was tired. Cracked concrete around the pool area. The pool lounges were worn and dirty. Although the staff was willing, they lacked training. On several occasions I had to find dining staff to bring me yes, set ups, clear rubbish from the tables and to take food/drink orders. The food was acceptable - nothing special. I wanted to purchase one of the bath robes and was told they were not for sale, which seemed like a Missed opportunity I stayed at the hotel 4 years ago, before Hilton bought the property. That was a more positive experience.

Super cute property, with attention to details. Clean with nice amenities and friendly staff.
Walls were super thin -- We could hear the TV and music from the room next door and could hear conversation from people walking by the room. Luckily, we are not light sleepers, so it did not overly disturb us.

The pool, the decor, the staff, the pool!

The parking was ample and simple.
The lobby and pool area was nice.
Restaurant was great food, a little slow, but

Room was filthy. Table in the room stained and dirty. Room carpet smelly and dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned daily. Replacement towels were stained. No attendant at the pool. Very noisy with kids jumping in with food. Too much money for such a filthy place. Hilton needs to check its affiliate. Terrible experience

Pretty area
It’s like a motel6 with closets.

decent motel, park in front of room
no value for money

Great boutique renovation on what looks like it was a Holiday Inn or motel prior. The lobby and restaurant area were very warm and welcoming, well designed and beds were comfortable.
As mentioned, this is basically a gussied up motel but for the price of a high-end hotel. Our bathroom sliding door was very loud and actually seemed jammed going one way. The place is comfortable and pleasant, but is worth about half the cost (especially weekend rate!).

exterior looked a little rundown could be deceiving

I liked the location and the patio off to the pool was nice. Cody at the front desk was beyond helpful! He really made the stay for us! His customer service was better than I've had anywhere!
Unfortunately there were several things that were a problem.
The room was clean except for the drain in the bathroom sink. It smelled terrible. So bad that I had to keep a washcloth over it in order to brush my teeth without gagging.
Also, the supervisor at the front desk gave me incorrect info. I asked when charges would be deducted from my account and he told me at check out. I thought that was a little odd however he was the supervisor!! I asked more than once! I transfer funds to my account as needed and unfortunately he misled me. They attempted to withdraw the cost of the room the first night and it was declined. I resolved it right away on my end but that could have been avoided.
And then I asked to have one of the turntables that they have available for guests. The same supervisor gave me one and we checked out several albums from their library! (Very cool) When we decided to use it in the evening we realized there was no cord to plug in and no other way to use it!! That along with having to ask someone come into the room to fix the television was disappointing.
No really big things but lots of little things!

overpriced, similar or cheaper options in Santa Barbara inns, this hotel locaction is further out from S/Barbara, 10mins by car, noisy airco/hearing, used to be a great facility but run down, even in 5star Aira hotel suit room in Las Vegas was cheaper, as well as my stay in San Francisco 1 Hotel in Mission street. Breakfast was extra vs inclusive confirmed in booking. staff is nice and helpful, breakfast area is nice, rooms are dated and needs refurb. at least mine needed badly.

The lobby and restaurant was nice and modern. staff were also friendly and helpful.
the facility is old and the rooms are not fully renovated. the door in my room didn’t shut properly as it was warped. didn’t feel safe…
