Convenient to the river walk
Car pull up was a hot mess. Little to no room to pull in and load and unload car.
Pool area has very little space for guests. Only a few chairs.
3.5
Beds were nice, lots of pillows, room stayed cool.
Breakfast was pricey, hall noise could be heard in the room, pool was small.

Ok
We had to switch rooms 3 times finally on the forth room there was air conditioning. But you couldn't turn it down I reserved a room with a patio and balcony with river views didn't get that. Per the staff because booking buddy is a 3rd party you promise a certain kind of booking but it's not told properly to the hotel. My stay was a get away for myself and 2 sisters one had just lost her daughter and one lives in an assisted living home. So the hotel experience was like low holiday Inn. We would never stay there again and would NOT recommend the hotel nor go through booking buddy as well!
5.0
We liked the location, friendly service, access to the riverwalk and cleanliness of the room.
We would have liked a microwave in the room instead of lobby use.
5.0
Loved the patio and view of the River walk
Parking across the street but it was still convenient.

The beds where comfortable.
The staff was not warm and inviting. We where never greeted when we checked in nor asked how our stay was when we left. When we asked for an upgrade they never even looked at their availability, they simply said no. We looked it up on Expedia and showed it to them and then was able to book it. The next day when I was to move rooms, I spoke to the front desk receptionist and explained my move. She quickly said, "We have no openings". I explained my situation and then she started to look. "Oh, I see it here". The restaurant should be open all day. The pool's landscaping was not kept up and had garbage in it. They only had 4 lawn chairs and often no towels available. Our second room when I went to take a shower the cleaning person must have angled the sprayer towards the ceiling. It caused a ton of water to spray all over the toilet paper, my clothes, floors... When I was leaving the hotel I asked front desk if they could provide me with some toilet paper, new towels and clean it up a bit. When I returned 5 hours later it was never done. Both rooms we had, the keys did not work so we had to go back down and get them fixed. The location was sketchy looking and the pictures in the advertisement did not match the room or hotel.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable. The location is right
On the Riverwalk. This was one of our favorite stays so far.

I got booking.com website that did not tell me this room was non-refundable until the end when I confirmed. IHG needs to check their website because people are being scammed with this website. I lost 2 days of money because my mother checked out of the hospital early. I was not there for fun
I am a gold member and the hotel did not honor my stay. They stuck me in a standard room. I was not happy with the front desk.
4.5
Rooms were very spacious & clean & staff was very friendly.
Didn’t realized how far it was from the main event / restaurant & stored at the river walk.
2.5
Large room.
Poor lighting and climate control in room. Bathroom way too small for two people. Front desk staff not very welcoming or friendly. Restaurant not open for lunch on Saturday. $35 for self-parking is ridiculous.

Nothing to be liked here. Very bad
The staff are not welcoming. They charged me extra amount without intimation. The AC was not working. They charged me too much for parking
4.0
I like my room very spacious comfortable and quiet and also liked the bathroom and shower good water pressure.
It would be nice for a heated outside pool or jacuzzi to soak in after walking all day.
0.5
The room was clean
The staff that works at the front desk and restaurant are some of the rudest people I have ever met. We paid for a room with a Riverwalk view and didn’t get one. They were rude about it and didn’t care. They do not understand the meaning of customer service and could careless about customers. Oh and they don’t tell you that there’s not enough parking so you may or may not have parking during your stay.

We were lied to, discriminated against placed in a dirty room (Dirty Socks and Dirty Shirts) this is very unsanitary, the sheets were dirty and not cleaned and my children could be sick because of this. The Supervisor- Theresa Casanova has a very nonchalant dismissive condescending attitude and treated us very poorly after I asked for names of the staff she advised she was not going to give me that information and in a very condescending tone stated “Is that what you called me up here for” . I booked a suite the most expensive room on the property and was treated as if I was the reason I was upset. I was the only African American customer there at the time of check in and Veronica stated that I was “Rude” after I was complaining about their dirty suite and the lies that were told to me. This would give the perception to other customers that I am the “Angry Black Woman”. I was double charged for Valet ($45) which I honestly was not informed of until I arrived at the property. Veronica even threatened to cancel my reservation and reverse the charge of $349.00 which would cause me to be in San Antonio on my Birthday weekend with no hotel for the night simply because I complained about their lies and dirty suite. I was lied to about the reason my room wasn’t ready upon check in at 3pm was due to the suites having a later check out time, however when it was time for me to check out and I called about the time to verify I was told there isn’t a late check out time for the suites. I had to request the General Manager multiple times, I never received a call as I requested. They advised they would adjust the room rate to $149.00 plus the $45 valet charge. They insinuated as if they were doing me a favor.
This is literally the WORST EVER hotel I have stayed at. The Marriott would NEVER do this to me as a customer and if they had any inconvenience they would have compensated the entire cost of the SUITE.

clean
Too far from shopping and dining section of the Riverwalk, beds were old with huge body divots in both beds, room was not decorated, just a gray box. opened the curtain and our view was a white wall, parking was way too pricey, no free breakfast, felt like a very clean but cheap hotel. very disappointing. glad it was only one night. Horribly overpriced ($250+ for one night w/parking. Right on the Riverwalk but too dangerous IMO to walk that far at night.
