A luxurious experience!!!

The staff, Alex at Check in provided the Best service. The Bellman that helped me with my luggage to the room was truly amazing and helpful.

お部屋がとても広くキッチンがあるので、ハワイの外食は高いのでかなり助かりました。部屋に洗濯機＆乾燥機もあるのでいつでも回せて便利でした。掃除もタオル交換も完璧でした。

Fabulous five star hotel

The excellent facilities and views from the generously sized room with full kitchen and fabulous views. Pool gym and spa. Beautiful place. Buffet Breakfast was scrumptious and the every thing was super super clean

The problem with the pool really affected my vacation this year

The hotel is in a good location very good room service staff exceptional

The pool which is one of reason I stay there it’s a lap pool great for swimming this year it was so cold it was uncomfortable finally had to complain to management but they never were able to warm it up to a comfortable temperature

Gostamos tanto que resolvemos estenter nossa estadia para 6 dias

Da Linpeza, da decoracao, do sossego, da vista do nosso quarto que era vista mar, di atendimento maravilhoso dos funcionários. Perto de tudo sem estar ns bagunça.

Great hotel with impeccable service in a great location.

Loved that the room was so spacious! This was so good as we have a baby. The little kitchenette was great also! The bathroom was large and lovely and the bed was super comfy. We had a great sized balcony too. And the service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they always wore a smile.

The rooms are a little tired.

Another in a long string of excellent stays at The Trump.

The Trump is located one block from Waikiki Beach. I'm not a beach person, but I know from past experience that the hotel can accommodate any plans to go to the beach, which is open to the public in most places in Waikiki. The Hotel is located at 223 Saratoga Rd, a short block away from Beachwalk Rd. and two short blocks from Lewers. Both those latter blocks have multiple restaurants and shops and are a short walk from the main activity street of Kalakawa Avenue. Also, right across from the Hotel are other hotels, and a Starbucks is right across the street. In other words, The Trump is in the middle of the action. I reserved the least expensive room, but I requested that the bathroom have a walk-in shower, rather than a tub-shower. The Hotel, at no additional charge, upgraded me to the "deluxe" room (Room 1412) with the requested walk-in shower. The rooms are roomy, and the bathrooms quite roomy. Each room has a balcony. My bathroom had two sinks with plenty of counter space. (Not every bathroom in the "12" series has the double sink). Each room has a nice kitchenette, so if you want to cook, you can. I don't cook while on vacation, but I did use the refrigerator a lot for keeping my water bottles cold. The refrigerator also has a small freezer section on its bottom, and I kept two ice cream pints frozen in that section. Housekeeping is great. The entire staff, from front desk, concierge, and ground floor (valet/bell) are friendly and always ready to help. I have stayed at the Trump for many years, although this trip came after a 5-year hiatus from going to Hawaii. I have always enjoyed my Trump stays.
