Other than the price. Nothing is good anout this place

Not much to like. Just the low price

The room was not clean. Someone old clothes were left in the BR but the cleaner did not pick it up. Having a lot of issues with the keys. The bathroom can use an upgrade and the toilet needs to be fixed.

Room size and layout nice, facility was less than desirable.

The location was convenient however, there were a lot of homeless people, broken down cars and trailers and RV's lined the streets all around the hotel and there was a lot of litter everywhere.

The staff was rude, the beds were rock hard, the A/C did not work, there was only 2 towels provided for a 6 person room and when I asked for more I was told to bring my dirty towels to the front desk. The walls were paper thin and the neighboring was having a very loud party through the night. Carpet was frayed and dingy, bedskirts were stained, couch was dirty and had rips. No fans and no working A/C

1st room I stayed in on 1sr visit was perfect

I really enjoyed the worker that check us in really helpful and in a great mood. I really like the room is very spacious .

Well the kitchen rags on counter looked dirty or used and there was no new sponge so I could was the dishes I had planned to use. Could of been a couple extra towel. Ther than that I really enjoy your place

Overall we has a great stay . Albert was the gentleman who checked us in and he was awesome!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of outdoor facilities including heated pool and fire pits

The breakfast was not the best. Sunday morning they ran out of food and didn't bring more out. Breakfast runs 7-9 am could have been a little later especially on the weekend . No gluten free options

Location was convenient to the many places we visited.

The front desk staff seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. We had to go down to the front desk every night to get fresh towels after requesting them daily. We required a sofa bed for our stay, but our room didn't have one. This comment has nothing to do with the room, but the grounds were a little unkept. It seemed like people were hanging out like an apartment complex or place of residence.

The location was near the area I was visiting

I had to change rooms 2 times because the first two rooms had plumbing or water issues. It interrupted our vacation cause we kept having issues and having to pack, unpack and re-pack.

Disappointed

Friendly staff and close to the amusement park.

A/c didn't work out.room was 80+ degrees all night long... It cooler outside! Was tempted to sleep in back of my truck. But did see a homeless camping area located across street so decided against it. A lot.of.things broken in room too. Closet door completely fell off, tile in bathroom fell of wall, and sink drain stuck closed.

Location only. There were a few employees that were awesome, but only a few. The filipina receptionist and also Albert were awesome! Also the filipina manager too! Everyone else needs more training….

Always something wrong with the room.

Very much enjoyed the stay and would definitely book at Sonesta ES Suites again.

The location was good for our needs. The suite was basically a 2 BR 2 bath apartment. Breakfast was included. The staff was engaged and very helpful.

My one complaint would be the arms on the furniture needed to be cleaned.

It was nice to have two separate bedrooms for our family of five. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendl

The staff member that checked us in was very helpful and nice. she switched us to a first floor room after we arrived late and had 5 in our party.

There was a lot of dust on our dresser and the shower head did not have very good pressure.

Our needs were met and that’s it.

Very convenient to have two bedrooms! Also the parking was free.

1. the room keys never work. we had to change ours out multiple times in our 4 night stay. 2. The exterior of the property is dirty and unkempt. Dog poop on the stairs, exterior trash cans overflowing. 3. Place is overall outdated with heavily worn furniture, carpets, and paint. Could really use updating. 4. Area is less than appealing. Several sketch characters around in the evenings, a vacant lot behind the place, and unsecured parking. 5. Pull out sofa in living room was very small and uncomfortable. We were hoping it would be suitable for a couple.

good afternoon. i love the sonesta network. and got ready to spend some time at San Jose's Sonesta ES Airport. what a disappointment it has been. maintenance has long been forgotten. the front door of the hotel does not work. the pool is dirty. despite dfe aer heated, you can't use it. The laundry door only opens if you know its secret. the dirt around the hotel is huge. fireplace in the street, it doesn't work and nobody knows when it will work. I was disappointed this time with the hotel.

This Sonesta hotel is not up to the same standard as other hotels in the Sonesta chain.

it’s a quite place to stay.

I really like staying at Sonesta hostels, but I had the worst experience at this hotel. The hotel is very run down and not maintained. The fireplace / fire pit is broken and the management does not know when it will be fixed, the pool has a layer of dirt at the bottom and has not been cleaned for days, lamps in the external areas are burnt out, the main entrance door to the reception is broken. This Sonesta hotel is not up to the same standard as other hotels in the Sonesta chain.

Not a chance i would ever go back, even if half the price. No pride in this place or management.

To be real honest. Nothing. I would never go back.

Entire complex looked like they had done no maintenence and no landscape/gardening in months if not a year. A mess. Everywhere. Trash all around the complex. Spa broken for the week, waiting on a part they said. Front doors broken to lobby. My front door entrance system didn't work, changed out keys almost each day. Outdated furniture, looked like the 80;s - just a lousy lousy looking place. Oh, concrete buckled, cracked and raised up - in a few places. In the so called gym, not even a towel or drinking fountain. No remote for tv. Never saw the tv on in the lounge areas.

Not safety. The keys room were not working. We had to change keys 2-3 times daily. Also at 11 pm, some one open my room with the key. The office staff checking for some man for my room when the room were occupied.
